The Resort 95

1st of all location is 30 min away from the Google location. No ambiance. Rooms are just okay bedsheets had burn holes. Wash rooms was not okey & no cleanliness. Electricity problem. Water supply problem. Food just okay. There is only pool which was not clean & nothing else is there except nature view. Top of that management team was totally worthless which makes you feel frustrated they wear rude & aggressive don't know how to treat client. Even they are not providing you drinking water & charge for package water also they charge for under 5 year as adults even children haven't eat anything off there food. We will never suggest THE RESORT 95 to any1.

Resort should have 70% open space n 30% construction, here it is reversed. So this isn't resort. Few of the rooms were not occupied. Had it been so, there wouldn't have been place to stand in pool as already 40 people were supposed to use it. For our group of 20 people, 2 rooms were alloted. 10 people in each room having 3 beds. Owner could have shown courtesy to allot an unoccupied room. Food was barely edible. Based on my experience I'll advice that if u r at all visiting this place discuss these minute things well in advance to avoid disappointment. 1.Pool size n no. of people gonna use it 2. How many people in a room, No. Of bathrooms/washrooms, no. of beds. 3. Drinking water availability 4. Exact location (Google map location is misleading) 5. Charges for kids (Irrespective of age) 6. Food counter time 7. Meal/snack options n menu options 8. Charges for kids 9. Power backup P.S. : CARRY BOTTLE OF PICKLE.

When i was hoping against hope for resort just 2 days prior the planned visit, I came across this and it was available. I wondered why, however these are reasons why it was available even on weekend in peak season. 1. It is 10 km away from Google map Location, owner didn't bother to inform it at the time of booking, so the travelling was a mess. 2."Resort" has no open space as lots of rooms are constructed leaving no space for outdoor activity like badminton, cricket, etc There was no striker, powder to play carrom. When demanded, was provided next day. So the only mean of entertainment was a moderate size swimming pool. It was supposed to be used by 50 people as there were two more groups who had booked resort for same day. 3. At 10 pm we were told that food counter shall be shut down by 11. When bargained for it, was stretched till 12 midnight, rudely ofcourse. 5. Food is nice for one who has starved for longer period. We gave up. 6. For group of 20 people 2 big bedrooms were provided with 3 king-size beds n 1 washroom each. So a bed was supposed to be used by 3 people n when asked for mattress for 10 th man, was provided without bedsheets n pillows. 2 of our bed had no bedsheet. Pillows, bedsheets provided were torn. Door mat were so small n dirty we literally avoided to use it before entering room every single time. How 10 people are supposed to share one single washroom? 7.At 3 am AC of both room broke down. So we were left with no option than using harsh word finally. 8. 5 Yr baby was also charged even though only amenity it used was swimming pool. All in all, if u r desperate to go out to spend time n travel a lot with no other option left, u can visit once.

I will not prefer to go to this place. The service is worst. Absolutely no hygiene in pool as well as in rooms. We were not having water in wash room as well as for drinking also. You have to search rigorously for person to get service. Only2-3 staff available to handle Mob of 60-70 persons.

We recently visited there vit a big grp n ver disappointed as d services ver not at all good. Electricity ws not der n generators ver not working properly. Late nite v ver gvn extra mattresses bt vit no bedsheets n blankets ver provided. Moreover bedsheets on bed ver torn n old. Wifi ws not der. So sound system ws not working properly. Food ws not at all good in taste Plz thnk guys, b4 u visit dis place.

The location is 10 kms away from what's shown on the google map. Horrible cleanliness in rooms and bathroom. The staff will ask you to pay amount in advance but do not do so. Photos shown here are far away from reality. Book wisely.

I recently stayed at the 95 Resort, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The service was abysmal - staff members seemed disinterested. The rooms decent but the electricity was not there and the inverters were not working. To make matters worse, the food was of low quality and tasteless. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway. It was a regrettable experience that left me unsatisfied and frustrated.

It's a very decent place to stay and have your guests over one of the best options available in karjat nicely located the place has been designed on a large campus to the best of its potential loved the ambience and the courteous service kudos to the team we would love to visit Again.
