Visited with our friends group 2nd time for 2 days, It was lovely experienced as all staff, food, services overall very good. Specially thanks to Ashish Bhai for support. We enjoyed a lot. Highly recommend to visit this place, Thank you.

The view and property is good, but the activities and overall service experience is average. Food is okay for the money they charge and less options. The swimming pool has a lot of places for people to get hurt. They can add bonfire and other activities for the given package. There were cockroaches in the room. Also the AC doesn't operate as expected only switch on n off with the remote. can look for a better option with the given price.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Visit I had a terrible experience at this resort during an office trip, and I strongly advise against visiting. Here's why: Location: The resort is located too far from the station, making it inconvenient to reach. Food Quality: The food was absolutely subpar. From starters to the main course, nothing was appetizing. Many of us fell sick after eating, which ruined the entire trip. Basic Facilities: The washrooms lacked water, which was shocking and unacceptable. Overall, the place failed to meet even basic expectations. It's a waste of time, money, and effort. Avoid this resort at all costs if you value your mood and health

Pathetic place with extremely poor service. The food quality is terrible, and the staff is completely non-cooperative. Had a very bad experience overall. They don't even have proper room keys to lock the doors. The AC wasn't working despite multiple reminders. The management seems careless and unresponsive. Would not recommend this place at all. Stay away!

First of all i would like to say do not go on bad comments. This place is truly good. Me and my husband decided to go on a leisure trip with no city chaos. Rio Royale the location is huge, beautiful and with amazing hill and river view. The food was so delicious that we couldn't stop eating even after full. All thanks to the chef Caretaker Ashish does exceptional job He took care of us since the start till we left. They have a swimming pool, table tennis space, private dinner area, archery, multiple indoor games to choose from,etc. They have pets like dogs, cats, horse, fishes, camel etc. The rooms were spacious, clean, they have french windows that gave us the perfect and beautiful scenery. The AC's work properly, they have an amazing washroom with towels and other necessary toiletries. Only drawback was TV not working but we realized that good it didn't orelse we would be able to enjoy things if stuck on tv. Highly highly recommended for couples, family and friends trip. Just a recommendation if the place starts with a spa, open theatre movie nights, and some outdoor activities or games it will be a boom. A must go to place

We were dissatisfied with the quality of services and food provided during our stay. Additionally, the game activities that were committed at the time of booking were not made available, which was quite disappointing for us.

Extremely neat maintained property specially visit during monsoon or winters and th food is ultimate specially the food package includes all meals..!!

Existing heven in earth . But needs to improve in service area . the food was mind-blowing and barbecue was next level.
