Kusum's Paradise Farm

Rooms are avg. To auto rikshaw you can say kukoos farm. That's its old name. Good property if going with friends in group. For family or couples I wouldn't recommend it much. Very affordable though. You would be charged 2k per person if you are in a group with food option. Also they allow late (evening) checkouts with a nominal charge. We got family room for 2.5k and it was 4.5k with food option. Since we wanted to eat and explore outside we went with non- food option. Swiming pool is big and decently deep. They have rain shower too. Things are walkable distance but this is on the edge so at night there would hardly be street lights. Sun rises from mountain you can catch that in morning. Issues: - not so good bathroom - no AC remote, you will freeze at night - mosquitoes issue at night. Your room may have easily 20-25 mosquitoes so caution about it. Or ask em for coil etc.

We visited this farm over the weekend and had a great experience overall. The place is well-maintained, with a peaceful ambiance that makes for a relaxing getaway. The staff was very cooperative and accommodating. The rooms and washrooms were clean and hygienic, which was definitely a plus. However, one area that could be improved is the food timing. Dinner is served quite late, around 11:00 PM, which can be inconvenient, especially for families with kids. Apart from this, everything else was well-managed, and we had a pleasant stay!

One of the best hotel I got. The place is really beautiful and the the hospitality is good. The meals were delicious. This place has beautiful swimming pool area with the feel of rain dance. And I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Ayush. He is so polite and kind. I would recommend my relatives and friends to visit here for vaccination to enjoy such a wonderful experience...

The place is beautiful specially the river view part and swimming pool. The rooms were neat and clean. The staffs were polite and friendly. I love this place so much. This place has lawn area with and playing room which I loved the most. Please visit once..

Poor service. 1. Towels and toiletries not provided. Towels provided after several reminders. 2. Room AC has no remote. When asked about it, reply was swich off ac when its too cool and On again when its hot . 3. As per package details, High tea has pakora/vada. But given only biscuits. 4. No morning tea till 9.30am.

Had a lovely time at Kusum Paradise Farm! The place is peaceful, green, and perfect for a quick escape from the city. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. A great spot to relax and enjoy highly recommend it.

Perfect weekend Getaway!! The peaceful river view and calm environment make this place a great escape. Owner was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, especially the mutton. Highly recommended!!

We booked for a vacation with friends. As soon as we entered the bedsheets, and pillowcovers were soiled. We spent a night there. The pool looked unhygenic. There were issues with food service at all times. We stayed back the next day for lunch. Instead of a minimum threshold of 30mins wait-time. We had to wait for about 2hours. Never go there. !
