Cbc residency located heart of karjat city. Rooms are clean and neat. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very helpfull and cooperative. Chowk karjat highway adjoining. Karjat station away from 5 min distance. Swimming pool in cbc residency

Rooms are large. Hot water need to be available 24*7 Only available from morning 0600 to 1600.

A good place can be improved if the space is occupied correctly. There is a big empty space in bathroom God knows for what reason. Room lightings can be a little subtle and electronic equipment can be better if serviced frequently. Overall not a bad experience but a quality stay in such a peaceful place can be appreciated.

The best hotel in Karjat Everything is fine Rooms are good There is a small swimming pool in the hotel, they keep it so clean and chlorination is very less. Overall nice experience
