Eknath was wonderful. He attended our every need. His food is very tasty and perfect for kids as well. On the other hand Pitambar was very helpful as well. The location is very isolated. The house/villa can use some revamping as it's an old house now so the bathrooms are very general. It is however very comfortable, clean and a good place to get away from the hustle bustle of life.

This is a beautiful property. We were there for 2 days and still didn't get enough of it. The rooms were neat, tidy and spacious. Sheets, pillow covers and towels were clean too. The caretaker was very proactive and alert. He ensured we got everything we needed right on time. The property is beautifully placed and lush green especially during the monsoon. The pool is clean and right next to a stream that runs down the mountain. Overall a great place to be at with family and/ or friends. Importantly Zomato does deliver to this place but the delivery time is high, so plan accordingly.

I was there at this property on 17-18th of march 2024. I booked the stay through vibescapes. Location The property is peaceful and surrounded with lush greenery. It's half an hour drive from when you enter karjat. The road to the farmhouse is off-road and not properly developed so they should mention this when anyone arrives for their stay. The swimming pool is a 4 min walk from main villa which is not very deep must be around 4 -5 feet.They have a beautiful dining area just adjacent to villa. A basketball court is a plus one. Overall no complaints about the cleanliness. Property is very spacious and can easily accommodate 20-20pax Food They give packages when it comes to meals. All inclusive including lunch high tea dinner and breakfast(check out day) The tariff for food is very high Veg they charge 850 for thali And non veg 950. Which is very expensive. The chicken which was served in lunch was leftover and I believe they served the same chicken by adding some gravy in dinner as well. It did not taste fresh. The food was ordered in large quantity and went into waste too. If possible kindly cook there at the property and don't opt for this meals. Service The caretaker took care of everything which was asked for. Suggestion I would visit again but this time without booking the property without the meals

Nice place to visit especially when you are a group. The care taker was very efficient abd nice person. Lot of greenery around.

Absolutely epic place! Firstly, the place is massive! Secondly, it's very well maintained! There is a 3BHK bungalow with a huge living room and a lovely porch! There's a little kitchen section where you can cook if you want. The caretaker is very friendly and humble. There's a steam room in the bungalow as well. There are trees and bushes all over the property and they are all well maintained. There's a tiny swimming pool as well. There's a concrete pitch as well which you can use to play cricket or football. Most importantly, its pretty far away from the city area, so that it makes a perfect getaway destination. A highly recommended place!

This place is really very beautiful. It has a big ground where we can play basketball, cricket and football. They also provided 2 bicycles to roam inside. For indoor activities they had carrom board, guitar and good speakers too. It also has a medium sized swimming pool inside. Also the care takers were very helpful.

The place is average with their rooms also being quite dated and okay. The outside space is nice but not well maintained and done up. The food is very very ok and not something I would talk about. The same place has a villa in Mulshi which is 100 times better than this one. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had visited the Mulshi property in March 2021 ans it was a great experience. This time around however it was a sheer disappointment right from the start. The house was extremely dirty with used tissues, dead insects, and leftover food lying all around. The pool was muddy and dirty. The cleaning and vacuuming was only done the next day after repeated requests. Alas one more great experiential property has fallen victim to bad maintenance!
