I visited this resort last Saturday, and I must say--this is the worst resort I have ever seen in my life.|If there were an option to give less than 1 star, I would definitely choose that.||This place should not even be called a resort; it feels more like a government-run facility. They have a bunch of ridiculous rules, most of which are not mentioned anywhere before booking.||Here are just a few examples:||1. Swimming pool timings are strictly from 3 PM to 6 PM.|||2. Towels are only provided to guests staying more than one night.|||3. The AC is switched off at 9:30 AM on the day of checkout--even though the official checkout time is 10 AM.|||4. Breakfast service is chaotic. If there's a delay (usually because of food shortages), they blame it on other departments and refuse responsibility. They literally said, "Breakfast isn't our department." We came here to relax, not to hear excuses.|||5. You're not allowed to carry food--even though it's included in the package. However, if you order a la carte, you're magically allowed to carry it.|||6. All rides are paid. Nothing is free, even though the photos make it look otherwise.|||7. No TV in the rooms. Their explanation? "If you want to watch TV, go to the common area." And ironically, they say, "Who watches TV these days?"|||8. WiFi is a joke. They advertise WiFi, but it's not even 5G. The speed feels like 2G--takes 5 minutes just to open a video, and sometimes it doesn't load at all.||||Worst of all, the staff--especially the manager--are rude and aggressive. If you raise concerns, they shout at you as if you're staying there for free. Totally unacceptable behavior.

"The Worst Resort Experience Ever" I had booked a weekend getaway to a resort that looked amazing online. But from the moment I arrived, it was a nightmare. The check-in took over an hour because their system was "down." When I finally got my room, it was dirty--there were stains on the bedsheets, hair in the shower, and a strange smell in the air.
Last Sunday I visited the pinewood resort with ladies group for day picnic. The food was very average. Staff was extremely Non co operative. One day picnic is price is not justified according to food and other facilities and ambience. Rude and Non co operative office staff made it pathetic experience.

The Resort is well situated. Has a good property and perfect for family getaway. Nice activities and play area. The water park was also good. The food was good too. Over all great place to chill and unwind.
The location is little far off. The road leading to the resort is one way. Ample parking space. Food is at par with the pricing. Water park is also good. Lots of open spaces to play games. Lot of stuff to keep the kids engaged.
My stay at Pinewood Resort in Karjat was nothing short of exceptional! The resort is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery with trees like mango, cashew, jackfruit, pine, and more, creating a serene and refreshing ambiance. The rooms were spotless and spacious, equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, an additional small bed, a cloth cupboard, and a luggage stand. Thoughtful amenities like water bottles, a hot water kettle, and tea/coffee pouches added to the convenience. The toilets were impeccably clean, reflecting the resort's high standards of hygiene. The water park and swimming pool were highlights of our stay--we had an absolute blast! The kids' play area was expansive, and other entertainment options like the commando net, rope bridge, and archery were engaging and well-maintained. There's something for everyone to enjoy. The food quality was impressive, with both buffet and a la carte options available. Every dish we tried was delicious and well-prepared. The staff deserves special praise for their warmth and professionalism. Everyone was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. A big shoutout to Mr. Sopan, who was available round-the-clock to ensure our comfort--thank you! What made our stay truly unforgettable was the fact that we booked a cottage on a weekday and were the only family in the entire resort. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond, running the full water park activities just for the three of us and serving excellent food without a single hiccup. This level of dedication and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated.Pinewood Resort made our day truly memorable, and we left with hearts full of gratitude. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway!Thank you, Pinewood Resort, for an incredible experience!
Quaint place, the service team were great. The food quantity was good but the quality was not up to the mark. We had three meals, the lunch non veg was good. But the dinner and the subsequent lunch on the second day left much to be desired, especially in the non vegetarian dish. Also the dal tadka was insipid.
