Nothing apart from the location is good here. No WiFi. No inhouse kitchen. Food is brought from outside, and prices are marked up to charge the guests. This is the only house like property with 3 bedrooms and a living area. Its not a resort kind of a place. The staff there is not very friendly if you ask them for house keys or ask for cleaning. Towels provided in the start were extremely used ans in bad condition, upon request we were given fresh towels. Location is tricky, not easily found on map directly. Its a basic decent house and the amt charged does not justify. The image of pool is misleading. Its a kid pool and it was dry. No water was added even after we asking for it nor was it clean to be used. Be prepared for lot of mosquitoes too.

Visited this place last weekend. It is an ideal place for a weekend away from the hectic city life. Entire staff was very helpful and polite. This place has best view around. Especially river floating right behind the villa. The natural beauty is breath taking!!! Villa is very beautiful and well maintained & clean. Hospitality was amazing by Mr Madan & his team. The food was exceptionally good and customized to the taste of the visitors.This place is a must visit for nature lovers. And precautions as per new normal was also taken care very well by staff!

Good property. Clean tidy and well equipped. Caretakers Raju & Kavita gave great service throughout the weekend. Great experience over all. Only issue with AC, which were kept OFF throughout the stay and by the time we came for sleeping it was 3 am and we could not put the AC ON. Other than that great! Would love to visit again and also recommend to others.

A perfect place to unwind and take in all that nature has to offer. Thanks to Mr. Madan and team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Best home cooked food. The highlight of this stay is calm and quiet atmosphere, hospitality with delicious food, clean and wonderful rooms. We also enjoyed the available activities like Table tennis and carrom. Overall the stay was excellent. It's like home away from home. Will surely visit again.

* Only villa is there, not a single amenity * Too many mosquitos in rainy days, no cleanliness outside villa * River is just behind this villa, be cautious in rainy days * Too much costly as compared to given service, * Instead, stay in any nearby village for a month on same charges.

We had a lovely time. The caretakers were excellent with their service. The place has an outdoor atmosphere. The food was reasonably and very good.

2 stars only cz we had good stay during our 1st visit else it would be zero stars We visited the bungalows 2 times, 1st during new year and 2nd time during summer. On 1st visit, Pros Good weather Caretaker's approach was very welcoming All the AC's were working Kitchen was clean Food was tasty & head-chef was present there to cater us Cons Lots of lizards outside home/Terrace Almost No-privacy Swimming pool was not working During our 2nd visit Pros Caretaker allowed us to have stroll in garden Cons Lizards were all around home Lot of insects were in home One entire bedroom was non operational as AC's were not working(we had to accommodate 11 ppl in 2 rooms, even no extra bedding provided) Kitchen was not cleaned at all Head chef was not there Some of us had to clean our own utensils cz it was inviting lots of insects in kitchen In passage to terrace, the mosquito nets were broken and were in very bad shape Swimming pool was not clean and not working There was no privacy(while we were having lunch, some local ppl came there for pre wedding in that bungalow) Freezer wasn't working After all this I asked for partial refund(25% of entire package as 1/3 bedrooms was not working) to the owner, to which she said 10% of only stay charges(that tooo never happened) (35k was my total package and owner offered me ~2650 as refund) I urge you all to not to go by previous ratings as earlier it was actually decent but now its ill maintained and can possibly ruin your vacation P.S: they said this was fully vegetarian stay & had eggs in kitchen (we didn't had any problem with that, but ppl who are pure veg might feel offended)

We were very happy with the reviews and did not think twice before booking. But were we wrong! The staff was extremely rude and the manager mayank ignored all our requests. He did not even confirm our booking till the very last minute. We had a horrible experience and ended up more exhausted than we were before this trip. I have no idea how this place has so many positive reviews. I suspect these are all from the friends and family of owners My advice would be to avoid this property.
