The Sunshine Resort

Had visited this place in August and the overall impression was a "hidden jewel." in the hustle-bustle of Mumbai. The approach to this place (approx. 0.5kms) is terrible with lots of pothole but once you enter the place you are in a different atmosphere all together. You are surrounded by lush greenery.....mango trees, banyan trees and absolute silence. The service staff were very polite, the food menu is fixed but very tasty. The property has two independent cottage (2 more being built) and each cottage can easily accommodate 5-6 persons. The property is owned by a Major General and the cottages are arranged in military fashion with good distance between each and ensuring privacy. The rooms (3 rooms with 2 independent washroom) are military clean with AC & ceiling fans in all the rooms including the washroom (personally have never seen fans in a washroom). The amenity in the cottage is seen to be believed. Name it you have it. You have coffee/ tea maker, microwave, fridge, selected novels, insect repellents, umbrella in monsoon season and in the washroom, you have everything from toothpaste to ear buds. Although very expensive but absolutely worth the stay if you want to unwind from the stress. They have also kept indoor games like ludo/ cards and other popular games and that shows the amount of effort taken by the Owners. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The service was nice. Condition of rooms especially bathroom was not up to the mark. ACs not working properly, water leakage in rooms.. it was a mess. Bathrooms were not cleaned since ages. They could have done a better job in trying to maintain it before opening it to public. It is what it is.. 3 star only for the pool and service. Food was decent.

Food and pool were the major highlights of our visit. Nitin and his team was quite helpful with the service. Infrastructure and facilities of rooms and halls are not yet in place. Hopefully, this should be upto the mark in near future. Overall, the experience was good with the outing I had with family.

Very bad and embarrassing. Half things don't work. Owners rooms are locked. Bedbugs insects all over. Food is good but place is not worth to pay. This is just an property created not managed and been rented whoever are first timers. Give money and rest your vacation is at mercy of the god

Bad places to go , pools are not clean , i got an eye infection, food was too bad , they mix the leftover food , rooms are not clean at all bedsheets were not clean , i do not recommend this place not worth the price

Worst experience not good food and swimming pool water is to bad from.that water i got an eye infection and no electricity whole night worst farmhouse don't go to this farm house those who want to go

Nice place to visit. Service is good. Quality of food is excellent.
