The Green Forest Resort Karjat

I recently stayed at The Green Jungle Resort in Karjat, and it was an incredible experience! The resort is nestled amidst lush greenery, offering a peaceful and serene environment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The private swimming pool was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.

Our experience at this resort was fabulous! It's a child friendly with swimming pools and one with attached room . Special thanks to Apurva , Rajani for their extraordinary service . The food service was too good and apt. A special thank you to Divya and Hemant for providing us excellent food assistance through out our stay. We highly recommend this resort for its great hospitality and a marvellous staff

**Location and Ambiance:** The location and ambiance of are truly commendable. Nestled in a scenic setting, it offers a beautiful and serene environment that is ideal for a getaway. **Room Comfort:** However, our stay had some significant drawbacks. The room's air conditioning system was not functioning properly, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially during the warm hours. Additionally, the lighting was unreliable, with frequent power fluctuations that disrupted our stay. **Entertainment and Amenities:** The entertainment options were disappointing. The DJ and associated services did not meet our expectations, detracting from the overall experience. **Food Quality:** The food was particularly unsatisfactory. The meals served were of poor quality, and on the second day, we were served leftovers from the previous night. This was unacceptable, and the food experience alone would warrant a one-star rating. **Service:** On a positive note, the staff were courteous and attentive, making an effort to assist us despite the issues we faced. **Pricing:** We paid 1800 per person for 24 hours, which included additional charges like for water bottles and other extras. For transportation, we traveled from Karjat station to the location at 80 per person, taking about 35 to 45 minutes. **Summary:** The best aspect of is undoubtedly its location and ambiance. However, the poor quality of food and several issues with room comfort and entertainment overshadowed the positives. For those considering a stay here, be prepared for these challenges. With some improvements, especially in the food and amenities, this venue has the potential to offer a much better experience.

The service is really good. The staff is really kind. Specially we interact with Ms. Divya. Very good service they have provided.

The hotel is situated at a very beautiful place.Connecting Road is not in perfect condition but it will work, drive slow . The property and staff are both awesome.quiet place, tasty breakfast,clean swimming pool and a ample parking space will make your day

Booking and Check-in Experience Ease of Booking: OK Check-in Process: Complicated the staff and the agents from whom you book are just eager for Money Accommodation Room Type: Below Average Cleanliness and Maintenance: The Room were clean but were not maintained at all and No Room Service Amenities and Facilities: No Amenities and Facilities as such Bed broke in the First room later were moved to a seperate room Bugs throughout the property View was good located at very remote location Dining Experience The restaurant is just Pathetic Food was stale that was served in afternoon & The Food Served at Night for dinner was no less than a Nightmare Gravy was watery Chicken was uncooked Veg Kolhapuri had no adequate vegetables Ala Carte not available but was mentioned to be available Condition and cleanliness of pools and surrounding areas were horrible the Pool had broken tiles... 3 of Group Members were injured Water was cloudy..no filtration system in pool The Rain Dance was not started and was started only after multiple requests Activities of no such available at the property (mentioned to be available) Overall demeanor and helpfulness of the staff was good their Responsiveness to Requests were kind. Akilesh assisted us throughout but the Manager was completely careless Value for Money: Huge No the resort stay not worth the price paid Critical Note ( Do not fall for the Photos you see ) Final Rating : Bad Overall Rating: (2 of 5 stars)

Pathetic!! The resort should be closed. Rooms are not maintained at all,no wifi, no TV, garden is not maintained, no service at all. I went with my family and literally checked-out within an hour. Whatever they show in pictures nothing is true. Do not go here you will waste your time and money. The location is also very inside where the taxi people charge nonsense money. DO NOT GO HERE.

It was an amazing stay, a great relief from hectic Mumbai life. Caring and friendly customer service. The food served is just delicious with an amazing list of mouth watering dishes with an homely touch. A place enjoyable for all age groups from kids to senior citizen. Awesome poolside to chill and relax. Great list of indoor and outdoor games. Overall an awesome and amazing stay.
