Worst mangement.. unhygienic bathrooms and rooms and owner is not at all cooperative. Should Park vehicles outside on our own risk . Faced Water problem for almost two hours in the morning. Smelly bedsheets . Total waste of money

Ideal choice if you are stopping by Karanja, it's located on bypass which makes it easy to reach out other places. As far as the restaurant goes I feel its underrated. The food here is high quality with adorable taste. One might find this place expensive considering the town is way more cheaper if you wander around. In contrast you want assurance and reliability this is the place to go.

Service is rude,harsh and bad .. No proper response given

A good place to have a dinner with family or friends location is very nice and clean best place to dig in at dinner or family time test here is also good service is fast also there is no rush here you can eat peacefully here side view from window is amazing they also offer some amount of discounts this place is worth a try

Rooms are clean, spacious but not properly planned, as even after switching off all lights, room was not dark Price was also moderate, location was easy to find, the only problem is with the stairs which is very poorly planned and not meant for hotel or restaurant. It's difficult to climb with luggage. Moreover the parking space was full of waste building materials.

Clean and well maintained rooms, very helpful staff. We reached quite late, after inhouse kitchen was closed. still the staff made sure we ate. Everything else was good, just could upgrade blankets and beddings.

Not even worth of single star. Very arrogant staff. AC not working for whole day and night. Mosquitoes everywhere. No hot water. No soap. Nothing at all. I would have been happy had I stayed on footpath....

Worst hotel experience. Worst STAFF. NO profesionalism to speak to elderly people. Bathroom is not like any paid hotel. Worst than paid washroom We arrived in morning ...all room FAN was not working . staff said electrician guy will come in noon. We have to pay a hotel room rent with no fan working. If there is a power cut there is only dim light ...no tube light also working on generater...so in evening we have to stay in hotel with dim light. Also even if u arrive early like 7-8am Hotel charges you for night even if you havent stayed , you will have to pay for full 2 days rent ie 7am to 11:59 am - 1 st day rent. 12:01 pm to 7 :30 pm - 2 Nd day rent. So eventually u will pay for 2 days/night. even if u are going to stay for 6 hours . Staff doesn't understand what is early arrival and they talk like street people to customers. I strongly recommend to go to any other hotel in town than this. In short not good for stay. Thanks
