Hotel Shahi Executive

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was poor enough that I felt compelled to warn others. The room was nothing like the pictures - outdated, dirty, and had a persistent musty smell. The bed linens looked like they hadn't been changed, and the bathroom had mold in the shower. Service was equally disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I brought up issues. I asked for a room change, and they acted like I was being unreasonable. The noise at night from other guests and the street made it impossible to sleep, and the "free Wi-Fi" barely worked. For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness and decent customer service. I've stayed at budget hotels with better conditions than this. Avoid if you value comfort, cleanliness, or professionalism. Let me know if you'd like to personalize it more--like adding specific complaints, dates, or hotel features. Also the food was very oily and we fell sick also we stayed there on 16th may would not recommend to stay there

The food was just yummy! The tandoori chicken was crisp but juicy, the mutton thali was fully loaded and tasty! We also had the dal Khichdi which was done to perfection. Will definitely come again!!

Good food. Tried veg chingari. First time in karad we had a very near to authentic food. We were there while the restaurant was near to closing time. But the Steward served us the best. Visiting again soon.

Today, we visited this place for breakfast and were extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff displayed a very casual approach, and the quality of the food was unacceptable. The poha and sheera were terrible, while the onion uttapam, sambar, and chutney were stale and fermented. When we questioned why such food was being served, the staff did not offer any explanation. Instead, they simply removed the item from the bill without any apology or concern. With such an attitude towards service and quality, it is difficult to understand how this establishment expects to sustain itself in the long run. Tea served was good.

Today we visited for breakfast. Misal is very spicy. Not eatable. Dosa and uttapam size are very small as per the prices. Very disappointed. Need to improve breakfast.
