Very Very Poor Quality of Hotel. Staff is polite but they have very less staff. Rooms quality is pathetic and unhygienic. Beds are broken and toilet seats are broken. Service is extremely slow. I'll suggest to go to any other property instead of this hotel. Complimentary breakfast is waste, they have very limited options. Disappointed with each and everything.

Good parking space. Good rooms. Good restaurant. Good service. Pet friendly, but you have to confirm with the manager.

We had visited this place for tea, and ordered cofees, cold coffee and a chocolate milk shake. The beverages were good. However, the service needs improvement. My 4 year daughter was mistakenly shared my cold coffee and we were told it was a milk shake. However, since we have a habit of tasting everything before it's served to our kid, we prevented any mishaps from happening. The restrooms are quite clean, and the hotel has ample parking space. The rates are reasonable and the ambience is pleasant. Overall, a good restaurant

Best view in town. Nice ambience, good food quality and reasonable price. The best part is they have kids toys, so that parents can enjoy doing dinner well. Staffs are also very humble and courteous. I wish they had a DJ on Saturday nights.

Very well and closely located on the Mumbai-Pune- Bangalore highway. Rooms were quite good, Toilets were clean and larger in size. Some passage area stinks which felt bad. Dining area is also good but service is too delayed. Ambiance is fantastic.

We took a stopover while travelling from Mumbai to Goa. Excellent location .... just touching the highway a little away from the noisy din of Karad. The reception desk person very friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the river. The roof top restaurant gave an excellent choice.

I have visited here for dinner in Krishna Veg. In this building all 3-4 restaurants managed the dining area on the Rooftop. So anyone can enjoy your food from this rooftop area. When i was travelling from pune to kolhapur or pune to goa, i always visit here for dinner. Waiters are vey friendly and polite. Food quality was good enough. Quality and quantity both are very good. I like the paneer angara masala which is awesome. Prices are good enough. Kids will enjoy here as they have different cycles available for them. If you are travelling from here and looking for good food option with decent view, just visit here. They have ample parking space, which is very good.
