The restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options, and the location was perfect--easily accessible from the highway. I highly recommend The Fern Residency Karad to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Will definitely visit again! A special mention goes to Mr. Prathamesh from HR, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely cared about guest comfort. It's rare to see such dedication and personal attention these days!

Nice location calm and peaceful. clean room. Breakfast is excellent. Smooth checkin procedure. Nice hospitality. Complimentary water bottle and Hot water kettle with coffee I liked very much. Value for the money we spent. I highly recommend to fern residency for my friends and colleagues

Since 2020, I am frequent visitor to the FERN , Karad. It's superb in all respects - let it be services , cleanliness,food and everything else. Recently, they have started ' chat counter ' for evening snacks. It's awesome. During my visits, I am interacting with the staff. They are very kind and supportive. I have frequent interaction with Mr. Rinku. He his very enthusiastic and always goes beyond his responsibilities to ensure customer delightment. I strongly recommend to stay at FERN whenever you are in Karad

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay We had booked 2 rooms and chose this hotel specifically because it offered a swimming pool, which was clearly mentioned at the time of booking. However, upon arrival, we were made to wait for more than an hour as the rooms were not ready--even though check-in time had already passed. Worse, we were denied access to the swimming pool on the first day, being told that pool timings were over. We decided to wake up early the next morning to make use of the pool, but were then informed that the **pool filter had been damaged and the pool had been non-functional for the past 3 days**. This was extremely disappointing and unfair, especially since **we were never informed about this issue before or during check-in**. The pool was one of the main reasons we selected this property, and we feel misled. I believe transparency is key in the hospitality business. Hiding such important information from guests and not making the effort to compensate or offer alternatives is poor service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving communication and honesty with future guests.

We have been coming to The Ferns Karad since 2019, officially and this time we came with our Family for a Seven days staycation, it was a Wonderful experience. The kids enjoyed the breakfast and the Swimming Pool the most.|The Housekeeping staff was very helpful and courteous and made our stay very comfortable. HK Team Vijay, Chaitali and Dhanraj were there to ensure clean and comfortable rooms and were available to assist at our request. |It has always been a wonderful experience staying at The Ferns Residency Karad property.

We had a wonderful experience during our 1 day stay at the Fern Residency. The winter green rooms we booked are a bit small in size , though could easily accommodate 3rd additional bed. The staff here is polite and courteous. We enjoyed the restaurant dinner and also the complimentary breakfast spread. The huge well maintained swim pool is worth a mention.
