Over all fine because of location and room size. There is scope of improvement in service like taking laggage out from car during check in or assistant while check out, similarly no greetings or politeness. Food quality is good.

Rooms are good and spacious, all staff is very kind, this hotel is our choice since many years everytime we travel to/from Pune. Couple, Italian bikers travelling on two old Royal Enfield.

Service: (4/5) The service at Hotel Royal Palace was quite good. The staff was polite and accommodating, making sure that check-in and check-out were smooth. They were attentive to requests, though there was a bit of delay in response times occasionally. Room: (3/5) The room was spacious but had some issues. The biggest downside was the air conditioning, which wasn't functioning properly, making the stay a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer parts of the day. The decor was a bit dated, but the room was generally clean. Food: (3/5) The food was average. While the variety was decent, the flavors didn't stand out, and some dishes felt bland. It was not a bad experience, but nothing particularly memorable either. Overall, Hotel Royal Palace is a decent option if you're looking for good service, the food might be a letdown for some guests.

Rooms are old, In our room leakage was near bathroom,breakfast was good, for a 3 star hotel its good place to stay

It was very difficult for us to find out at night, as we had done pre booking we kept serching for the hotel at night, there was no light when we saw the gate it was complete dark, we entered the mail gate as it was open then to get in the hotel, we called on the no and he said he will sent a person to assist but the person he sent was drunk to an extend and wasn't even able to take the luggage. We somehow managed to reach to the rooms. Then we asked for the basic toiletry, they said they only provide soup bar and towels rest all we have to buy paying extra charges. Which we denied. Overall the services were ok, can recommend this hotel only if in case u have no place to go.

The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
