I have stayed 4 days in this hotel in December 2024. Few things need to mentioned about the hotel. Rooms are very spacious with all the amenities. Though they do not have food facility but they manage to bring whatever you order in your room from nearby hotel without your headache. The most important thing about this property is the cooperation of the owner Dreeraj jee and the manager Asish. I need to catch very early morning train and could not manage any car as all are asking extreme fare. The owner guy arrange all the things with the lowest price. For any issue if you share with him he is there to help you out the way he can. As I have to travel a lot official purpose I have really never seen such a cooperative guy.

So one of the best places to stay in kannad. Personally speaking have never seen such rooms at this affordable prices. The staff there is very well trained. In this current pandemic situation the safety measures are upto date. Complete sanitization of rooms are done and the resort area is daily sanitized.

Gajanan Heritage is one of the best Resort for all types of functions like Marriages, Birthday celebration and any other kind of events. It has the capacity to host multiple events at the same time and that too with the same enthusiasm. You just need to provide them the event details and no of persons attending, rest everything is managed by the owner (Dheeraj Agrawal). The rooms and amenities are also luxurious to stay.

Good place to stay, spacious, clean neat and tidy. Affordable rates, this is basically rooms meant for the guests who come for marriage. They have earlier registered with Oyo but Pity to see that they have close the contract. Owner is courteous and good hospitality staff. Which cannot be expected in this rural region. Just few hundred meters on Malegaon and Aurangabad highway.

The property is clean, looks neat and spacious. The location is closer to the highway and convenient from the town of Kannad. The hospitality could have been more forthcoming and more considerate. There was no arrangement of food, no breakfast, no snacks and not even a cup of tea (inspite of repeated requests). For any traveller arriving from a far distance, these are basic expectations, which were unfortunately, not fulfilled.

This is Fake property, actual name of the property is Agarwal's Gajanan Resort, they have not tied up with any online services. This I booked from Agoda and got cheated. They say first party is Resort and second party is OYO then third party is any other online services. If we call OYO after booking from other online service they say there is no booking by your name. So be careful while booking this place.
