Good hotel, with beautiful rooms, nice views and cheap rates. Rooms were neat and clean. Room service is available upto 11:00pm. Location is quite convenient, as it's just off the highway. Hotel also has a nice swimming pool(did not use it due to time constraints). Ample parking space is available though.

Ample safe parking, clean rooms but would be great if walls could be cleaned as it has dust, clean bedsheets n towel. Superb delicious veg food, very attentive front desk n whole staff. Food prices could be lowered by 25%. Tv cable connectivity n channels could be improved n increased accordingly.

Neelam Countryside Hotel in Janavali is a hidden gem. The hotel's serene ambiance, lush surroundings, and warm hospitality make it an ideal retreat. This hotel is well located, just on the Mumbai-Goa highway. Reception manager is very courteous, smiling and efficient. Room was in the upper basement (or 1st floor as the hotel numbered it - reception at the entrance was 2d floor). It was clean, with all the necessities. Room service and housekeeping were very good. The negative issues were: - 1. Mattress was a 6" foam one and seemed to be old because one could feel the wooden bed-top through it, making it quite uncomfortable. 2. Our room was just above the utensils cleaning area which was just below the window. Both the nights it created a lot of din with the utensils being cleaned late into the night (up to 1 - 1.30 AM) after parties and the loudly talking staff. Even while leaving for home, their motorbikes created a lot of noise.

This hotel, conveniently located just off the highway, proved to be a great spot for a night's stay. I opted for a deluxe room and was pleased with the cleanliness and size. The room came with a tea kettle which was a nice touch. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the clean sheets and the good quality king-sized bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. My room faced the highway, which might be a consideration for light sleepers, but the hotel also offers rooms with a forest view on the western side. Parking was ample and hassle-free. While they have a printed tariff, I found that the pricing is actually dynamic, so it's worth confirming the final rate when booking. Overall, a decent and clean hotel for a stopover or a short stay.

Stopped by for breakfast en route from Goa to Mumbai. Food was decent although quite over priced. We had two upma, bread omelette and idli sambar and tea coffee and the bill was 600 plus. The restaurant is at the basement and not well lit so the overall experience wasn't great.

Worst expereience. Food was pathetic in taste but overly priced, service was as slow as a snail and modesty and honesty was 0. Their manager dosent even bother to come and resolve customer issues. A sorry state of affairs here!!

Don't make the mistake of ordering the chicken thali. They serve you only bones in the name of chicken. After firing the staff they gave us a 15% discount and complimentary ice cream. Truly not worth for money. Toilets are also very dirty.
