Upper Deck Restaurant, bar & Permit Room

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional food service I experienced during my recent visit to Upper deck. The quality of food, presentation, and service were all outstanding. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient. They ensured that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. I am thankful to the chef and the entire food and beverage team for their hard work and dedication. Their efforts have certainly made my day a memorable one. Thank you once again for providing such excellent hospitality. I look forward to visit the Upper Deck again in the future.

Was on a trip along the beautiful Konkan belt and needed a break. checked a few hotels and found this gem. The price was affordable, the rooms are clean and the food and service is awesome. The registration was easy, the staff was very responsive. Missed dinner as we tried food outside . However the menu we saw the next day looked awesome . Had breakfast the following day - poha, upma and puri batata bhaji. Awesome flavor. Great conversation with MacQueen about local sites and Ashwini who helped with the front desk. Very friendly and professional. Recommend anyone who may be looking for a hotel at Kankavali.

Great place, great food, Very good service. Loved it! One of the only good restaurents around a 100km radius, as tourists from Mumbai we enjoyed this alot

"Great Stop on the Highway" Food was delicious and the service was surprisingly quick, even though the restaurant was a bit busy. Being right off the highway, it's a fantastic spot for travelers on the Goa, Mumbai, or Pune routes to grab a bite and take a break. The staff was very accommodating and provided a high chair for my 1.5-year-old daughter, which was a lifesaver. The ambiance is lovely, especially the rooftop seating. We had lunch here and couldn't experience the rooftop seating rather sat inside the covered arrangements. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a decent dining experience while on the road. Elevator is available though it's small. Free car parking is also available. The washroom was small but was clean. The only issue I found is that the wash basins are right in front of the washrooms through a small corridor. So if someone is washing their hands and another person wants to visit the washroom, he might have to wait.

Not meant for lunch. No ambience at all as shown. Food is overpriced as compared to taste. Most food was too salty. Rawa fry fish was tasteless. And top of it there was small fly/cockroach in food. Though service /stff was fast but not worth

I recently visited Upper Deck, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The food lacked flavor, the quality was subpar, and the portions were inadequate. To make matters worse, the prices were unreasonably high for what was offered. Overall, it was a very unsatisfying experience, and I would not recommend it.
