Ratnaa resort is one of the popular destination for marriage function where you are looking for huge number of rooms for overnight stay for your guest. This resort has indoor halls, lawn and pool side lawn where you can have your different functions. Ambiance depends upon how you decorate that area. Location is very interior of Kamshet and not easily accessible without private vehicle. However there are many improvements areas which this resort Management must look into 1) There are no proper , sufficient washrooms for guest who visit resort for function. This is basic requirement which is missing in this resort. Also western washroom are most unclean with hand showers. 2) there are no lift or escalator for going to lean side pool and it's very difficult for aged person to go to this lawn. 3) There is no proper lights at entry point of resort. 4) Overall cleanliness is also a concern.

Located in a hilly area of Pawana river, it is one of the most popular destination weddings spots. The food is awesome and management is super responsive.

Approach road is steep with loose gravel. Novice driver, be careful. Owner should make proper concrete road.

Location and resort are great... must visit. The owner just needs to keep good security staff for the parking arrangement. Security person was found busy with the phone and no care about parking arrangements. Also not willing to even help.

We attended wedding function in the property. For wedding function this place offer a lawn, Ac hall for 200 people(Air conditioning is very poor), Non Ac hall for 800 people, outdoor pool and approx 70 rooms for 400+ guest. Owner is cordial and staff support is okay. Owner reside nearby and mostly present in the property. Special note: A option for wedding, family or business functions and get together. There lot of area of concern, where improvement possible. Bad Experience note: In haldi function, AC hall's Air conditioning was not working and staff look helpless. Big disappointment in the same.

I feel the size of the rooms does not determine the category of the hotel. It does not matter if you have acquired acres of land if you do not have enough staff to maintain it. Your charges are higher than those of other hotels in the same category, but the services, amenities, and staff are a major concern. I'm sorry to say, but it is disheartening to be here. You should either work on or improve all the feedback mentioned above or not charge such a high tariff.
