I had an amazing stay at raja hotel ! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed. But what really made my stay stand out was the incredible staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge services, every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from extra towels to recommendations for local restaurants. Their kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to customer service made all the difference

I had a wonderful stay at Raja Hotel in Kalyan West! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The food was delicious and the location was convenient. Highly recommend Raja Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

* Honest review * * 1-star hotel with subpar service, Do not keep your family here* *I booked this hotel for four rooms and not even one room was stay able. The family staying in booked room had small kids and were having issues with the smoke smell and pungent smell running in the hotel. They do not even provide breakfast to guests.* Pros - 1. Good locality. 2. Big rooms. 3. Cheap price. Cons - 1. Totally Unhygienic hotel. 2. Washrooms are not clean. 3. Corridors unclean and smelly rooms. 4. If someone is smoking next room, then all smoke comes in your room and the hotel staff does not agree. 5. Staff is not good. For my instance, they were drinking in the hotel premises in broad daylight infront of my room. 6. Unclean bedsheets & dusty sofa.

We booked a hotel room for just 2 hours at a cost of 1000. While we agreed to the price, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing for the amount charged. The geyser wasn't working, the bathroom water didn't flush properly, and the door couldn't be locked. If you plan to stay here, I strongly recommend inspecting all facilities in person before making any payment.

The Rooms are horrible, no cleanliness, and cockroaches in the room. The window won't close properly. The AC will make sound like a fan. The room service person leaves the used plates in the lobby only and it starts stinky. Cannot give below 1 star as it's minimum.
