OYO Hotel Vrindavan Residency

I had a terrible experience with OYO that I need to share. After booking a hotel and paying 25% upfront, the receptionist told me to cancel my online booking and rebook offline. My money hasn't been refunded yet. They charged me for an AC room but provided a non-AC room. Initially quoted 1600 for early check-in for three people, they later demanded 1800 and offered a room for only two. This is the worst service I've encountered, and I strongly advise against using OYO for hotel bookings. Save yourself the hassle!

If you want lavish and comfortable stay at a lower price starting @Rs. 499/- then visit Vrindavan Residency At Kalyan West. The hotel is 5-10 minutes away from Kalyan Railway Station. This hotel is couple friendly and the check in process is smooth here. The hotel has Deluxe rooms and other room options are also available here. The rooms are perfectly spaced with a comfortable bed. Experience the sunset view in the evening from your room. The room has a neat and clean attached bathroom with AC,TV, and other amenities. Also has an in-house restaurant here. So visit and enjoy!

So we booked it for our family through Oyo and the experience was so pathetic as the receptionist told us to cancel the online Booking and book offline with more charges which we agreed (1500)but then at the time of check-in they asked us to pay more money (1900) they are just extracting money from the cx without providing any facilities...so plz avoid booking in such hotels.... really pathetic experience

Never book this place! AC rooms have 10 yr old 2nd hand AC might have bought in raddi! Takes more than an hour to cool. Toilets didn't have a latch so when we complained they got a worker at night at 10 pm to work on it disturbing our sleep! One person can hardly fit in the bathroom! To have to sit on the commode seat to take a shower! There is a garbage dumping place just opposite the hotel so the whole place smells like anything. There is no place to park your car until you are ready to park your clean vehicle in the garbage dumping area and then your car starts smelling!

Worst service, fake people, charges are very high dont book from OYO its a scam

Not to think this hotel for stay..be cautious while transact with them

Rooms are not clean and hygienic enough. Not ventilation in some rooms and washroom too

Worst and dirty rooms and pathetic service don't even try to enter it by mistake for family stay...
