M Residency Hotel

Rooms are spacious. Provides all amenities.Bathrooms and toilet are ill- maintained. Toilets are stained, hand faucet lying on the floor. Water pressure in the toilet flush is less, buckets need to be used for flushing. There is communication gap, chaos and confusion among staff. Key card wasn't working. Manual key was being used. Food comes from their own eatery, but the food is tasty. Property is located very near to the Kalyan railway station. Due to construction work nearby, the whole place around the hotel is dusty. Day Manager is good in his hospitality and concern.

It's my 2nd time I have stayed at Hotel M Residency near Kalyan Railway Station, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. Their hospitality truly stood out and made the stay memorable. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. It's clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are a top priority for the hotel. The location is also highly convenient, being so close to the railway station, making it ideal for travelers. I would highly recommend Hotel M Residency for anyone visiting Kalyan. Great service, clean rooms, and a warm staff - everything you could ask for!

My stay at M Residency was extremely unsatisfactory and not at all worth the price. The service was subpar, and the room had several issues, including a malfunctioning flush and a lack of basic necessities such as toilet paper. Additionally, there was a persistent rustling noise throughout my stay, and someone kept knocking on the door late at night, causing further discomfort. The receptionist was unprofessional and rude, and when I attempted to address my concerns with the manager, he responded dismissively, stating that it was my mistake for choosing to stay there. I was taken aback by his lack of courtesy and professionalism. As a result, I decided to check out early and book another hotel. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, as it does not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Save yourself the time and money by avoiding this place. My colleague and I were on a business trip and simply wanted a place to rest. However, due to the numerous issues we encountered, we left feeling even more exhausted. What a disappointment.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel M residency, and my experience was utterly disappointing. The hotel's cleanliness was subpar, with clear signs of neglect in the rooms and common areas. Furthermore, the staff's professionalism was severely lacking. Their attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve issues or get assistance. To add insult to injury, I believe I was scammed by the hotel's staff. I was charged for services I did not receive, and when I brought this to their attention, they were uncooperative and dismissive. Overall, my stay at Hotel M residency was a disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with the staff.

Good Rooms with a great ambiance, I opt for the suite rooms, The staff is very supportive. Breakfast is inclusive (Poha Idli vada dhosa uttpam. There was a lake of parking space. Due to the semi construction of the bridge in front of the hotel water logging is there and for different to reach with cab. You have to walk for 100m.
