Rooms were decently clean..... but service was very worst & staff does not have inter communication, not have any discipline to talk with customers.

I recently stayed at Om Sai residency, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As a pure vegetarian, I was appalled by the service I received during my stay. Upon ordering a simple meal of vegetable fried rice, I was shocked to be served chicken fried rice instead. Understandably distressed, I immediately contacted the hotel staff to rectify the mistake. To my dismay, rather than acknowledging the error, the staff arrogantly insisted that I had ordered chicken fried rice. Despite my repeated explanations that I could not have possibly ordered a non-vegetarian dish, they refused to accept any responsibility. The situation escalated when the staff began shouting at me over the phone, blatantly disregarding my concerns and showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. This aggressive behavior made an already unpleasant situation even worse, leaving me feeling disrespected and unheard
