Hotel Leela residency

My stay at Hotel Sai Leela Residency was less than enjoyable. While the location is prime and convenient, with autos available within a minute of stepping out of the hotel, the experience itself fell short. The area around the hotel is very congested, making it difficult to move around, and the stairs were a bit of a hassle. One major downside was the presence of a dog right next to the stairs, which constantly barked at you as you passed. It was quite unsettling, especially if you're not used to such distractions. The food served at the hotel is decent, but it didn't stand out in any way. Overall, while the location could be a plus, the issues with the environment and discomfort during my stay left me feeling unsatisfied. I likely wouldn't recommend this place unless you're really looking for convenience in terms of location.

Good Hotel for food with Family and friends. Bar section is different

Worst experience ever visited with my cousins but they didn't allow us to sit in the family section because we were only boys. And instead made us sit in sections were it wasn't even decent enough people are drinking and creating havoc after drinking. So I went to the manager trying to address the issue instead he was being stubborn and rude and said the family section is only if you have a ladies in the group. Tried to explain we are cousins family member he said yehi pe baithne milega family section is not allowed . Worst experience I hope no one gets treated this badly.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful but 2 major drawbacks was that due to the restaurant bar smoke smell comes up to the 2nd floor which was not comfortable and there was no lift so that was a disappointment. However food was decent. Will not recommend it for families with kids but no issues for couples or solo travelers.

One day trip then it's a good place to stay no lift though. Food is good. Dinning in room is preferable as the dine restaurant have AC leakage.

One of the best choices if you are looking for a decent Family Restaurant, bar and rooms for stay. Very professional team. Nice service.

This is my review about leela hotel after being regular customer from almost last 10 years, Suddenly they have deliver spoild food from last few days, last 2-3 order I have returned after testing it, some time they accept deliver spoiled food but my last order they are arrogantly reply and do not agreed his mistake while I return whole order without asking refund single penny. I always recommend Food from Leela but after reaising business they are compromise quality and Raised Arrogance like they no need more customer. Thanks to Leela hotel staff till date they provided Good food. But unfortunately now onwards i didn't recommend this restaurant any one.

Leela Residency in Kalyan offers excellent budget rooms and outstanding hospitality. The staff is very helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The highlight of Leela Residency is its food, widely regarded as the best in the Kalyan-Thane area. If you stay here, trying the food at Leela is a must.
