I had gone there for dinner, in a private corporate meet. The ambience is great, food options are good, taste good, only issue was a bit slow service, but then it is a laod back place so service is expected to be slow, still some place to improve...

I recently stayed at this hotel in a deluxe AC room and unfortunately had a very unsatisfactory experience. The room was not well-maintained; the blankets provided were not clean, and the bed was old and uncomfortable. Additionally, the TV and intercom were both not working, which was quite inconvenient. One of the most frustrating aspects was that no water bottles were provided in the room. When I asked for one, I was charged 53 INR for a Kinley water bottle, which is typically available for just 15 INR at stores

If you are looking to stay here , it is ok option. Quite close to BITSOM about 17 minutes by cab. I would suggest you take up a Deluxe room. The staff is friendly and courteous. As for the restaurant - it is a good one. Live Ghazal programme is cherry on top and adds to the dining experience. The food is good. The bar is well stocked. Ashish Kumar Dhoral was very helpful with the food suggestion. The Heritage Residency Hotel is next to Maruti Suzuki Arena, Poornima Chowk, Kalyan West. The room tariff is reasonable. Definitely a good place to eat at its restaurant. We had ordered Kholapuri paneer and kadak roti. It was delicious!
