Hotel Gurudev Grand

Very nice experience staying at Gurudev. Friendly staff, Fantastic room and carefully curated ambience. Breakfast can be a bit better though, On options and not in taste. Overall great experience in Kalyan area.

Nice hotel, Very cooperative and friendly staffs, nice breakfast, Clean room ..Very good atmosphere... Only one Con is if there is any party or function they just ignored the inhouse hotel customer. They have associated with a restaurant in 2nd floor for which we can order directly from them. Hotel have no direct extension number for them to call and order which process found us little difficult. You can order from their mobile number from your number and order. Also, if there is any party on the hotel then the restaurant staffs are so busy even they can't properly hear the inhouse hotel customer query , they just showing ignorance. Even they don't want to send food to room , they told my wife to sit and pick the food by herself. Our child is very active so we request them just to send our food to room but they deny.

Visited for a marriage in Kalyan. Cozy comfortable rooms, floor touching mirrors, a boon to someone wearing a Saree, Delicious food and friendly, ever helpful staff. The security guard at the main door deserves a special mention! Fluent in English and Marathi this gentleman has everything that a hospitality company needs to make its first impression!

Very bad room service. Tea was served cold. Before having food asking for Payment. Never ever book room for staying. Hotel people not at all co operative. Very adamant, rude. Behavior as they Don't need customers. Taking care of people don't stay for long and never should come back.

Unable to serve promptly on the occasion. Delayed the handover of the hall, delayed the welcome drink service, on top of this delayed chapati during dinner. Need to improve on the timely services. The food quality was very good.

Clean and cozy rooms. Best in Kalyan I was told. There is top class veg restaurant at 2nd floor. U can order from them . But not through room service. No Bar also. Had a comfortable stay for a day.

the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. The peaceful garden and pool made it a perfect place to relax. Highly recommend for a getaway!

I just went to drop my friend over there, didn't stay, but Isaw a cleaned roomand as it was his first night, the decoration was also good.
