Capital O Hotel Nakshatra Regency

I had an awful experience at Hotel Nakshatra. Every time we entered our room, there were at least 2-3 cockroaches. In just two days, we had to change rooms twice because of ants, and the rooms had mosquitoes that caused my face to swell. The geyser wasn't working, so I had to go to another room just to take a bath. To top it all off, the service was terrible. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The renovation work is going on but the rooms do not have proper AC working. The staff is rude. A decent person should not visit here or take his partner to this hotel.

Nice place to stay. Deluxe rooms are spacious not sure about classic rooms. We have amenities like pool, badminton to enjoy. In-house restaurant for lunch dinner. We took a package wherein breakfast was complimentary but only had one option of Poha nothing else was included in breakfast. Nevertheless poha was tasty. Everything else was good. Thank you.

Excellent rooms, prompt room service. Hall downstairs is very good, it has Central AC. The function here, my brother in law's wedding, was arranged very good. Food was tasty and scrumptious !!

We have been invited for marriage function to Nakshatra Grand from a close known family.||We all have attended the function. This place is really awesome and atmosphere is cool. They have arranged a Shadi Mandap at Ground floor and for reception, they have a hall at 1st floor. I like the seating arrangements they have made. They have made the arrangement of serving the water, juice and starters during the marriage ceremony. They have made a food arrangement at ground floor as well as on 1st floor. Food quality is also good. This place has ample space for 4-wheeler as well as 2-wheeler parking.||We are happy to visit the place once again..Thanks..

Good hotel with decent rooms. Washroom hygiene can be better. Faced little inconvenience as the flash cards (room keys) were not working, due to this you always have to ask reception to open door for you. Though the staff was very helpful and supportive. Washroom hygiene and fittings can be better.

Ambience is good but cleanliness is not maintained by their staff. Ladies washroom was in horrible condition. Out of 3 bathrooms, 2 didn't have light inside, locks weren't working and the only bathroom which could be used-thanks to the window and sunlight- was stinky, one of the taps was broken so water was all over the floor. It was just impossible to use it. The managers are very arrogant and have rude expressions on their face all the time. Food by caterer was avrage. Not very explicit taste. Only thing you can do here is attend the ceremony and click good pictures and not expect any facility.

The greatest hotel I stayed at when I was in Himachal Pradesh was this one. tasty food excellent hostility good atmosphere Pleasant room view. dependable space heaters. I'll heartily endorse it.
