Place is very nice but , staff and manager is so rude. And pool also not have cleanness that's why we'll not came again here. And plus no security n all . money waste

Avoid Visiting this place in monsoon season as this place is very close to the river and when it rains heavily. The river water comes in the swimming pool which is very dangerous. So I suggest not to visit in rainy season. Any other season very good place to visit.

Pathetic - If you are a hygiene prone person please do not book this villa. I went with my family, the rooms were not clean, the bathrooms were stinking like anything, the kitchen was so dirty and unfunctional, Ac's were not working, it feels like the bathroom is never deeply cleaned. Swimming pool experience, though the pool was big however there's some carpet chipping off and a lot of disturbing things inside the pool there's some slime which sticks to your body which irritates the skin which creates rashes and itching. Food - food was good Above is my genuine review please don't go for this until they improve their services. 8 really don't know people who says it's clean what are their expectations.Hope this helps!

This is an amazing place, Let me summarize the reviews in Pros and Con Pros: 1) Superb View and a huge area to the property. 2) The rooms and interiors are simply amazing. 3) Washrooms are very well maintained and cleaned. 4) Swimming Pool is big and well maintained with Carpet flooring in Pool. 5) Food is quite good quality and care taker is very Cordial and cooperative. 6) It has a Home theater room and this is simply amazing to experience with recliner chairs. Cons: 1) Prefer traveling by own car as Uber Ola etc is not at all an option here it takes 40 mins to book one cab that also if he wishes to come to this location. 2) Air Conditioner in rooms needs servicing, I understand we traveled in May so might the Heat would be extreme but still Cooling can be a little issue. (P.S They worked fine at night) Overall a great great property to explore and have great fun.

I'm really disappointed with the venue where my sister got married. It was a mess from the start. When we got there, the person in charge wasn't around, and there was no drinking water for anyone, even though it was really hot. We had to keep asking for water, and when the guy finally showed up, he was drunk. He kept making excuses and took forever to bring water. The place wasn't in good shape either. The air conditioning didn't work in some rooms, and the swimming pool was dirty and gross. There wasn't enough water pressure, so there was no water in the bathrooms on the wedding day. And when we complained, the guy blamed us and admitted he messed with the water supply. They didn't even have basic stuff like microphones or a DJ for the wedding. Plus, there were stray dogs running around, but they wouldn't let our pet in. Overall, it was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It ruined what should have been a happy day.

I've visited there to attend wedding ceremony but on that particular day we've faced pathetic services from staff. Also location is excellent but to reach there from main road is risky during night time as there is no street light on road also road condition is weird. Otherwise for picnic purpose is excellent stop...

As a bride, my wedding day is supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life, but unfortunately, my experience at this venue turned it into a day filled with frustration and disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that something was wrong. The caretaker, who was supposed to ensure everything ran smoothly, was nowhere to be found. This left me feeling anxious and stressed, wondering if everything would come together as planned. The lack of drinking water for our guests was particularly distressing. In the midst of the summer heat, it was essential for everyone's comfort and well-being, yet it was nowhere to be found. When we finally managed to track down the caretaker, his intoxicated state only added to my worries. His slurred promises of bringing water soon did little to alleviate the situation, and his rude and dismissive attitude only added to my frustration. On top of everything else, my wedding day makeup turned into a complete nightmare. As a bride, I had dreamed of looking radiant and flawless, but instead, I found myself sweating profusely under the scorching heat with makeup that refused to stay in place. The lack of air conditioning in the bride's room meant that I was constantly battling sweat, which wreaked havoc on my carefully applied makeup. Despite the efforts of my makeup artist, the foundation seemed to melt off my face almost as soon as it was applied. My once-perfectly styled hair began to droop, and my carefully done eye makeup smudged with every passing moment. The condition of the venue itself was far from ideal. The air conditioning in the bride's room and other guest rooms was either nonexistent or barely functional, leaving me and my loved ones sweltering in the heat. The sight of the swimming pool, with its murky, fungus-infested water, was a far cry from the relaxing oasis I had envisioned. But perhaps the most distressing aspect was the lack of running water in the washrooms on the day of my wedding. As I prepared to walk down the aisle, I was horrified to discover that I couldn't even freshen up properly. The caretaker's dismissive response only added insult to injury, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. In the end, my wedding day was not the magical experience I had dreamed of. Instead, it was marred by incompetence, negligence, and a blatant disregard for the comfort and well-being of myself and my guests. I would strongly caution any future brides against choosing this venue for their special day. It was a day that should have been filled with love and happiness, but instead, it was tainted by disappointment and frustration.

We've been here on 2'nd July 2023, Property is very good but when basic hygiene is taken care of. Although we had booked it because it was a private property, in the evening, a whole bunch of people came in to roam the property while we were busy with our fun, it was not at all accepted when you book a private property. Secondly, there's a burial ground just beside the property, after all the Visitors incident, someone came to burial ground for a burial ritual, so after that all the smoke was in the property and we couldn't even stand outside the farm house. Our whole fun was wasted, although it was unusual circumstances but we feel our time was completely wasted...
