Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room spotless every day. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its affordability. Despite the budget-friendly rates, they do not compromise on quality and comfort. It's truly a great value for money. The Rooms are clean and hygienic (the most important requirement of any customer) the linen and bedcovers were in very good condition. The staff was supportive. Overall good experience to spend a night during our journey. Do maintain the quality.

I strongly advise not to stay at this hotel. 90% of the amenities listed here are false. 1. Checkin was given late, and there was leftover food spilled in the room after the checkin. 2. No toiletries or any other amenity was give. Except 1 water bottle. 3. No electricity or power backup for 12+ hours. 4. At the night time they will ask you to shift to an unlisted shady property without any proof on paper. Who's responsible when you are with family and something goes wrong? 5. Staff is equally uneducated and unprofessional. I would suggest staying at railway station rather than paying 5k here for such services and rooms. Things will work till everything is good, as soon there's any problem you're on your own. There's no resolution as such you can provide now, it should have been at the 2am when you asked me to relocate and refused to provide any proof on paper. What was the motive to refuse mentioning the checkin in another 2.7 rated property at 2am? What was the problem in mentioning it on paper? These are the property where you find hidden cam and tharki staff.
