Tipai Resort & Home Stay

Our stay was pleasant. The check-in process was very smooth. The room was allotted instantly on reaching resort. The food was spicy but tasty. The staff was courteous. The entire resort was covered with wifi. There is a child playing area. The resort itself owns safari vehicles and we were picked/dropped from the resort itself for morning and evening safaris. The watch tower is also situated inside the resort but I couldn't get the time to go there. Hopefully in my next visit, I will explore that part. Overall it was a great stay and highly recommended for a stay in Tipeshwar at reasonable price.

Tipai Resort is a peaceful, family-friendly retreat with clean, comfortable rooms and spacious surroundings. The staff is humble, simple, and always ready to help. A special mention to the adorable wake-up call for the safari--it truly adds charm to the experience. The food is simple and homely. Owner Mr. Yogesh Kaapse is a wonderful host who personally ensures every guest feels at home. His attention to detail and warm hospitality make a real difference. With top-notch amenities and reasonable rates, this place is perfect for a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

It's a very nice experience, close to nature and Very nice resort too..... It's seems that so much hardwok was taken to fullfill all requirements of travelers. Rooms are also excellent, clean. And meals are also excellent

Extremely horrible customer service, we did not check in yet and regretting the booking after payment. Staff are rude and arrogant. Absolutely lacking professionalism, something basic expected of a luxury property. ||5 calls and 1 hour later, one basic request is not being even understood. They are so sure that no one can reach their top management they openly threaten. ||Not worth the headache nor the price. There are great wildlife properties in India that offer fabulous service in India. Please go for reputed brands.

Overall great experience being here (+ve) Wonderful, polite and courteous staff took care of us very well, for me humility and kindness are important which their staff had. Promptly gave us tea after our safari with lovely bread and omelette, the Poha was also excellent. It was very cold so we had sufficient wood for the bonfire to keep us warm. Driver of the jeep was more knowledgeable than the forest guide, because of driver we spotted Archie and Cubs about 10 feet away from us doing a road show. Full marks to driver (Taufiq), resort is close to the gate less than a km. Areas to improve : Water in the bathroom for needs. Beds: while the blankets kept us warm, the wood of the beds had small cockroaches and cobwebs even bathroom had cobwebs The toilets need to be more clean using harpic etc., Food: I can understand limited options but cooking can improve more. Overall: I will come back because you folks are nice kind and humble and treated our family well with respect, this trumps the areas of improvement.

Once in life time experience this safari trip was. The stay and food was great and the food was prepared as per your request and nothing was stored and served. Mr Sachin, who assisted us and made all arrangements was a cool person and patient in clearing out doubts and made us feel comfortable and confident about our trip. Mr Kishore who is at the site took good care of us by monitoring our needs on time. Can plan the trip without and questions about stay and safety. Thank you.
