This property is located on a hill in Pachgaon, around 10 km from the city centre of Kolhapur. We were late to book so we got room on the rooftop. Very nice view with a cold breeze and the sound of a peacock. It's a new property. The room was decent but no cupboard. Clean linen, working TV and wi-fi. Hot and cold water. Humble, courteous staff. They have their restaurant under construction. Food is available from the restaurant nearby, we ordered it on the phone and got it in the room. Food wasn't that good in taste though. Ample parking space for vehicles with gated premises. Safe for family, solo and female travelers. The property is located just beside the highway. Recommended.

I did a booking with Mr. Aditya manager of the hotel on Wednesday for Friday checkin. I got a confirmation call on Thursday to check if the booking is confirmed. I confirmed the booking on call on Thursday and mentioned that I will reach the hotel at 7 am. When I reached the hotel they denied me for check-in. I was with my 2 years old daughter. They harrassed me for 2 hours at the reception.The hotel doens't have life and 3 floors. After requesting they gave me room on 3 rd floor. After 5 mins they called me to do register entry. And again after 5 mins they called me down coz their came. With my daughter I came downstairs twice and they started complaining that they do not have my booking. I requested them to take my booking and payment as the hotel was empty but they said the booking confirmation was pending and will take time. And they didn't mention how much time will I have to wait here for the confirmation. Aditya manager was not answering calls. I had to call local police station for the harrasment. Later they gave a room as my daughter started crying.

Strongly suggest don't go extremely disappointed with hospitality .If you accidentally leave any of your belongings there, they won't return them. Aslo show rude behaviour strongly avoid this type of lodges don't go for cheap price there cheap staff and owner Aslo there very bad experience

The ashokraj lodging during my business trip to the city I must say that it was an overall delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly staff and a warm ambiance that set the tone for my stay.. highly Recommended
