This hotel is a disaster from start to finish. The service is downright pathetic. It seems like they've pulled a random chef from a third-class street shop because that's exactly how the food tastes. The difference between the menu description and what actually arrives on the table is shocking - as if they've never even read their own menu. The food quality is beyond horrible. I ordered paneer, and it was so bitter that not only did I leave my meal untouched, but five other families in the restaurant also walked out without finishing their dinner. That says a lot. To make matters worse, there's only one waiter for the entire place, so you're left waiting an absurd 20-25 minutes between items. They clearly can't handle serving multiple families at once. If you're thinking of trying this place, do yourself a favor and ask for something simple like onion rings or a starter that isn't manchurian. You'll quickly see why this review is so harsh. Avoid this place at all costs.

GOOD HOTEL NEAR TO NATIONAL HIGHWAY. ROOMS ARE NEAT AND CLEAN. FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN THE HOTEL.

This hotel is situated at the best location near to Kagal MIDC and Kagal city. The most comfortable hotel to stay for the corporates, businessmen with all the required facilities. Restaurant is also starting soon with bar facilities. We are happy with the services they have provided to us.

Very nice restaurant with open terrace area, sitting arrangement also very good and neat.

Nice place to eat, God ambience and fast service.... Small areas available for small functions... Highay touch place with plenty of parking... Space available for activity....

Hotel strictly ok for an overnight halt, but best to be avoided if traveling with family. The rooms are barely lit and level of hygiene is minimal. The room we stayed in had a basin and bathroom that's not very inviting in terms of cleanliness. Room rent should not be over 800 for non-ac.

I had last visited this hotel almost 2 years back. That time food quality and service was very pathetic.As I came to know that Hotel management has been changed. So I had visited this hotel on 29th Oct 2021 for restaurant purpose only. I had seen very large difference. Price was very much reasonable as compared to Food quality, quantity and service. We had ordered 1 Kaju Kurma, 7 Butter roti, 1 Veg Malwani and 1 Jeera rice. All comes in 600/-. The quantity was enough for 4 people. Definately % recommend for my future stops and also for others.
