Subhi Hotel & Resort

The rooms were stink, they were not clean. we were told that in our room there would have several amenities like Microwave, Gas, Fridge unfortunately non of them was working. Rooms were dirty. There was no Tub for bath no shower. No arrangement of Hot Water There was short fall of water. In toilet flushing was not working. My rating is - 5

As discussed before booking all amenities and services not provided and also below are the reasons for giving 1 star for this resorts :- 1) Flushes not working in bathrooms. 2) No cleaness at all (we stayed 2 days). 3) No one is there to listen our issues and the owner/ representative of this resort to whom we dealt is not responding our calls. 4) we have charged for breakfast 2 times and no services at all and we have finally ordered our breakfast from outside. 5) By god grace location was nice of this villa but they are failed for the services and amenities which was promised by them before booking. We have very bad experience and now regretting for choosing this villa by photos and video shown by representative. Pls dont book this villa by location n photos shared by them or book by paying only 10% as advance and balance on checkout. Our whole trip was fantastic except this stay.

1. No proper room service (Bedsheets, Blankets not clean & Towels not available and even no room cleanness) 2. Dog's are entered in the swimming pool. 3. Crokrochs were in the bathroom and very uncomfortable. 4. No mobile signals, Wi fi service not available. 5. Black mould & dirt on all the toilet/wet room/shower walls which had not been cleaned for many months. 6. No toilet paper, refrigerator etc... 7. Breakfast food untesty & dealy of service. 8. Doesn't seems to build relationship with the customers (they simple argue for anything) 9. Do not booked for this Resort otherwise waste of money. 10. Resort Website upload picture are very nice but actually not maintained this villa.

The villa is nothing like shown in the pictures The rooms are extremely poorly maintained with mould on the walls , non functional fans and appliances , no proper water supply, unclean bathrooms , no bathroom essentials, smelly bed sheets etc. The owner is ignorant and gives excuses and does nothing. The place felt extremely overpriced for the amount we paid. Think twice before you visit!

Except location everything is pathetic. If there was Negative was available I would have given that. Everyone referring the review consider my 1 star rating as -5 (Minus) rating. No cooking facility, No proper water supply, No Promised Pre- Arrangements, No Acceptance by owner for discomfort. I request everyone to Boycott this place from Wishlist.

The ambience is nice.. there was non stop breeze, the last time we visited. The villa is beautiful. The garden outside is spacious for any outdoor game. The only drawback was water supply. Due to some reason there was no water supply.

Location was awesome... but about experience in rooms services. Not proper drink water and hot water..Not proper kitchen equipment like ..fridge are not working ,gas and induction was not there..very poor service was there...so I strongly recommend to think twice and go.

Our experienced was very bad..no proper bedsheet available..hot water was not available.. washroom not properly maintained..service not provided properly..no extra paper glass, paper plate, dustbin, tissue paper, toilet paper available..please think twice before booking
