StayVista at Amorist Villa | Villa with Private Pool in Karjat

Extremely disappointed with the property. It was not maintained properly. The bathrooms were not clean. There were too many flies in the main area and dining area. The central part is NOT airconditioned and had a noisy cooler which was ineffective in May first week heat. The pool was not clean. Empty bottles, cans and other waste over the property. The wall of a room was damp with wet stains over it. AC remote not be found/not working. TV took 15 mins to connect. They charge 5 star rates but the upkeep is nowhere near that - its pathetic to say the least. Nothing to do nearby. No one delivers so you're stuck with eating there or traveling 20 mins at least. The road upto the place is rough and muddy - last 500 metres. DONT follow Google maps - that takes you through a broken road. Check before going. Special mention for the caretakers who tried their best to keep the stay comfortable but this property needs more staff.

Enterance not good Food quality just ok as per the price it's not up to the mark Frequent power failure no back up All the rooms are very good and comfortable, toilets are good but living room has no AC so it's hot there need to improve food quality and has to be done some maintenance regularly as we are paying a good amount.
