Amber Hotel

It is a good place to stay. The cafeteria was clean and hygienic, food was tasty. Manager on duty in the evening time did not behave properly. He was arrogant, speaking arrogantly with the customer.

On 14/02/2025 I went to this hotel with my wife for dinner.... Manager and his staff is very rude. They asked us to wait outside for 10-15mins. Meanwhile they allowed 10/15 persons inside to have a dinner. When confronted they told us that family table are available. We can't allow 2 people (family)to seat on it. When entered restaurant to confront them, then they asked us to sit on available table. Till then they didn't bothered to serve us. Typical discrimination according to person's attire.

The bedsheet are so small like a 5 feet 8 man can't sleep it's just like 2.5 x 5.6 bed. beds are seprated in room which was the pathetic part . blankets are used and small in length .The dog in the corridor was Barking till 3 pm couldn't sleep .Also wifi wasn't working being business hotel.Bathroom was so small and the pink dirty bucket nd mug was again worst. Kindly fix these things . provide joint bed. This is business hotel and not lodge.

One of best hotel in jalna. I love to spend my family time here as there is a very good environment

Very pathetic service by waiter. First they say it will take 10 minutes of waiting and after waiting for 10 minutes they say you have to wait for one hour.

Didn't stay but went for Restaurant. Pathetic Service. Manager Baba Gosavi and his staff is very rude. They asked us to wait outside for 10-15mins. Irony is that family section was completely empty. When entered restaurant to confront them, then they asked us to sit on available table. Till then they didn't bothered to serve us. Typical discrimination according to person's attire.

Pathetic way of treating customers. The Manager Mr Shomi Bhaumik was literally yelling at us as one of our colleagues started eating his tiffin. The restaurant has a rule that outside food is not allowed. We requested him to allow us to eat till the food was served, but he was very rude and unapolgetic.
