The Imperia Residency Hotel

Very disappoint and thirdclass hotel.not worthy at all.poor service,no commitment,very high chargers,bad quality,poor staff,low staff service,very very slow service in all types.Regret to visit this hotel.visited with friends, family,relatives...every one is disappointed with hotel. Things which which the hotel said they would commit in regarding food,service and money...they all lied and did not give proper food on time,very very late service and even charged high price.very very very very bad hotel to visit. Worst ever experience of hotel. please save your money and time and don't visit this hotel.My genuine review.

Room is of good size. Bed sheets and towels not clean. Wash room is very bad. Leaking taps.

Good hotel in centre of Jalgaon. Rooms are nice. The AC was great as the room stayed chill even though it was 40degC outside. Food is good. Tasted nice.

Must visit at once and you will think and try to visit continuous..

Non Vegetarian Starters and Vegetarian Main course is what I choose when I m here for a meal with my Family. Vegetarian/ Paneer gravy items are served up good here. The staff is courteous and take all efforts to make your mealtime here a delight. Update April2023 The management of the restaurant has changed and so are the staff and chef.. Maincourse is still delectable, thou soups and starters have albeit changed in flavors and textures. New staff is as courteous.. if dinning in with families, do ask for the family table discount..

Worst hotel with worst service, they will save money even on AC, you will sweat like you are kept in a heater, and they will say after the whole function sorry AC kept in just dry mode i.e. fan mode, worst hotel with hopeless and insensitive people. Please avoid it.
