"Horrible Experience, Would Not Recommend!" I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a complete nightmare. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a rusty shower and taps that looked like they hadn't been cleaned or maintained in years. The showerhead was leaking and the water pressure was pathetic, also the water was not draining properly in the bathroom even after complaining about it frequently no one even bothered to come and look into it. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were stained, and they looked like they hadn't been properly washed. I had to ask for fresh sheets, which was completely unacceptable. The plates and utensils in the room were dirty, with leftover food marks on them - gross! The biggest issue, however, was the cockroach I found scurrying across the floor in the middle of the night. I couldn't believe it. After complaining to the front desk, they seemed uninterested and didn't offer any kind of compensation or apology. This was an awful experience, and I will definitely never stay here again. I would strongly recommend finding a different place to stay if you value cleanliness and a comfortable environment.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. It's a festering boil on the face of hospitality. A grotesque caricature of the Four Seasons, so far removed from the original that it's an insult to even use the same breath. Room service is pathetic and what's even worse is the inconsiderate, incompetent, apathetic, untrained, impolite hotel staff. They didn't let our van inside the compound for no reason whatsoever and we had to literally carry it from the gate to the lobby by ourselves. The bed sheets/pillows stink like rotten cabbage and look like they are washed once in a year. When I demanded - yes, demanded - that the phantom housekeeping department change the sheets, they performed a magic trick: they flipped the rancid fabric over, revealing the same filth.. The pillows are rock-hard; you'd risk a concussion sleeping on them. Explaining anything to them is like talking to a brick wall. They are so stubbornly inept they clearly don't give a damn about anything, least of all their jobs. The rooms had zero toiletries, not even a cheap bathing soap. The toilets were clogged, no hot water in all the rooms. One of the rooms didn't even have a wash basin inside the bathroom. The white towels are almost yellow and they stink too. There wasn't even a working phone to contact reception, but even if there were, these buffoons would only manage to make things exponentially worse. We booked nearly every room in this dump, and they still managed to make the experience a complete and utter disaster. Honestly, what I experienced defies description. If you're reading this, consider yourself warned. You'd be better off in a cheap, back-alley lodge - I guarantee it would be a hundred times better than this travesty. If you have any sense, turn away now. There is absolutely no justification for choosing this appalling excuse for a hotel. Sleeping at the railway station would be a superior experience to enduring a single night at this fraudulent Four Seasons.

We recently hosted my sister's wedding at this property on the 20th and 21st. While the venue was good, the overall experience fell short due to poor service. Several arrangements agreed upon during the booking -- such as timely room check-ins and availability of basic amenities like water bottles and towels -- were mismanaged, causing unnecessary hassle. The most disappointing part was the behavior of the night staff, who were quite rude to both us and our guests. However, I would like to sincerely appreciate Irfan sir for his support -- he was polite, attentive, and always ready to help whenever needed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their hospitality and service standards.

The hotel is located around 5 km from the railway station and around 3-4 km from Airport. Best hotel from where many transportation options are available. Rooms are clean , hygienic and cosy. Hotel ambience and surrounding is precious. Food quality is quite good, tasty. Having AC and non AC rooms available also Banket hall is also available for small functions like engagement, Anniversaries and so on and big lawn available for Marriage like functions. Staff behaviour is quite polite and friendly. Management service is quite good. Neat and Clean.

Rooms are spacious.Hotel is beautiful.Complementary breakfast is delicious.staff is warm.i was upgraded to larger room...had a nice experience.surely will return in future

Worst experience ever in my life... I have attend the family function on 16th March. These are the below things which we faced. 1)Staff is pathetic,rude,arrogant. 2) Food quality is worst ever i have taste. 3) Extreme poor management, in food stall, all rudes & arrogant people over there. 5) Cleaning in the 1st floor food hall is like garbage dump yard. 6) We are maharashtrian family so basically guest prefer first food then all home people of both side & dulha dulhan later that time we faced dirtyness everywhere. food quality is worst but no one clean the the empty dirty plates on lying on table, when we ask them to clean they said talk to manager. 7) Manager said you have many people thats why we cant manage it this is not the answer to said like. Note- Remember people dont book this kinda of shit managemet hotel like ur family function. *Really pathetics

Pathetic and worst experience. I attended a family function on 16th or march 2025. No proper room services was there, no management no one was there to attend any problem or any worst case scenario. During the lunch provided in the first floor hall, no tables were cleaned all dirty plates were lying on the floor. When asked staff to clean they were just telling each other and no one was there to manage things. Worst experience.

Very disappointed , . They allot room that was like dharmshala, very dirty bedsheet and unclean room . When copliain they said ,we can't change bedsshet as we don't have staff, and askif you want ,can leave hotel. Very rude staff. Finnally we left hotel in midnight as their rude behaviour .
