I recently visited this restaurant. While the taste of the food was okay, the service was extremely slow, and they failed to serve us properly. Despite being a group of ladies, we noticed that they were attending to other families more attentively while neglecting us. Such behavior was disappointing, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

The rooms were clean and the food from the restaurant was awesome but there was a shortage of water in the washroom.

I recently visited this restaurant with my family for dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite the rain, the hotel staff made no effort to properly accommodate our large group, squeezing us onto a small table on the rooftop without offering any alternatives. The service was extremely poor--throughout the evening, we had to constantly approach the staff to place or follow up on our orders, as they showed little initiative to attend to us. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was subpar. The dishes were not up to standard, with some items being of noticeably bad quality. Overall, the combination of inattentive service and disappointing food made for an unpleasant dining experience.

It is well centrally located , near the bus stand. Rooms are big and comfortable , house keeping staff is also very good and keeps the rooms clean. They have a veg restaurant on the ground floor. The food quality is good. Over all I won't say it's the best however It's very much acceptable. They have a banquet and the size is good. The staff is always in its shoes to help you out. My recent business trip stay at Regal Palace in Jalgaon was highly disappointing. The rooms were dirty and lacked proper maintenance, creating an uncomfortable environment. Adding to the inconvenience, the doors did not have locks, posing serious security concerns. The electric sockets in the room were not working, making it impossible to charge devices or use any electronic equipment. The breakfast provided was of the worst quality I've experienced, lacking freshness and variety. When I tried to address these issues, the staff and management responded aggressively, which was unprofessional and unsettling. The overall hospitality was severely lacking, with rude behavior from the hotel personnel further diminishing the experience. Given these numerous issues, I would strongly recommend avoiding Regal Palace for business trips or any stay. Exploring other accommodation options in Jalgaon would be wise to ensure a more pleasant and secure stay.
