1. Rooms are tiny. Nit even small. 2. Everything has to be broght from outside by paying the call boy 3. Very congested locality. Cannot even maneuver car in the lane.

Location is good. Right next to ST bus station.but rooms are bad
Worst hotel in my life . Neither switch board is working nor the washroom has light. Bad bed. Fan is not working. Worst management. Took extra 500 because I booked online. Fake rating, can't explain more. NEVVVVVVER EVVER VISIT HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Rooms starting from 300/- . Hot water available. I only wanted to saty at night so owner provided me another rrom for 200/-. cleaning was not proper their but ok . Located just near new bus stand thats the positive point.
Stay: Stay was not good at all, there was so many Moskitos in the room. U will not get hot water to drink and taking bath. Food : Food they provide from outside and it's not hygienec at all. Same people Bringing food in the room who is cleaning the floor and all.
No AC, only cooler and he charged us Rs.1500 for double bed room with cooler.
Worst washroom, no Air conditioning working, only i find that it was near by bus stop that only the positive side
Not upto mark as per pbktos.. rooms are not clean and very small rooms
