Disastrous Stay: Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! *Rating: 0/5* I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was hit with a wave of stagnation and neglect. The decor was outdated, the furniture was worn, and the air was thick with the smell of decay. *Room from Hell* The room was a tiny, cramped space with a bed that felt like a deflated balloon. The sheets were stained, the pillows were flat, and the blanket was threadbare. The bathroom was a nightmare, with a shower that dripped lukewarm water, a toilet that didn't flush properly, and a sink that was clogged with hair. *Incompetent Staff* The staff was clueless and unhelpful. They seemed to be suffering from a collective amnesia, forgetting even the simplest requests. When I asked for extra towels, I was told they were out of stock. When I asked for a wake-up call, I was told the phone system was down. *Food Poisoning* The food was a catastrophe. I ordered room service, and the food arrived cold, congealed, and inedible. I took one bite, and instantly regretted it. The next morning, I woke up with a raging fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. I'm convinced the food was the culprit. *Never Again* In conclusion, this hotel is a dump, a disaster, a catastrophe. Avoid it like the plague. Trust me, you won't regret it. I'll never set foot in this hotel again, and I'll make sure to warn everyone I know about the horrors that await within its walls. *DO NOT STAY HERE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE RISK.* I did not stay in this hotel But one agency told me to give good review for this hotel and they did not pay me so don't fall for good rating 1st check all the facilities after stay there .

We stayed here between 18th and 19th April. Rooms- Nice clean and cozy rooms Location- Near to railway station (walking distance) and convenient Staff - well behaved, polite and professional staff Food - breakfast and dinner menu was awesome. Highlight and must try.

Perfect example of Naam Bade Darshan Chote !!!!! Laziest service I have ever seen in my life . Understaff hotel . And still no apologetic attitude. I have to rate them one as a minimum rating or else I would have given 0/5 Glass full of dust

Rooms were clean n very close to Railway station which makes the hotel more convenient as one can reach hotel by walk. Tariff was also affordable with complimentary breakfast. Good hospitality. For the remote place like Jalgaon this hotel is good n nicely maintained

Good hotel and worth staying for the price paid. Evening Food was acceptable and breakfast was good though their timing was off, some items did not arrive until we were leaving. And the staff need to be a bit more hygiene aware as we saw some food being handled without gloves. All in all, we got what we paid for. Ps: the hotel is in Jalgaon, a town we only stopped at because it is the closest to Ajanta caves.

Had My Yearly Conference here as it is near to station very conviniyant for stay plus rooms and food is at par to 5 star. Staff and hotels ambience is very good plus room service 5 star
