Hotel Plaza

I'd highly recommend staying at this property. It is clean, safe, quiet and only a five minute walk from the railway station. We were so glad to have found this place after a long train journey from Mumbai! We had a warm welcome from the owner who was extremely helpful, providing recommendations on where to eat, as well as helping us with our onward train from Jalgaon to Nagpur. He also helped us get to Ajanta Caves by public transport, giving us clear instructions and a little hand drawn map.|The room was spotlessly clean and the bed large and comfortable. The room was very quiet away from the noise and bustle of Jalgaon but also had lots of good places to eat within easy walking distance. The room had a fan and AC. This hotel is highly recommended if you're in Jalgaon.

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. We were able to check-in early. The room & hotel were clean and bright. The shower had lots of hot water. The owner was very helpful in many ways, including arranging chai/food. He helped us check train tickets, providing names of good restaurants and the local amenities. We highly recommend staying here. We were so grateful we found this hotel.

Undoubtedly one of the best hotels I have been to in India, quality, price, excellent. Super clean. And the owner is a wonderful host, very concerned about your comfort and very willing to help me. As was my case with a train ticket issue recommended!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Manager was very friendly, patient, helpful. He was like a protective father. Gave us directions to our destinations, and met all our needs. I recommend this Hotel 100%. Even the man at the door always had a ' welcome' home smile and welcome bottle of water! It was a short walk to atm and train station. Where manager advised us on where and how to book our reservation.

The best hotel I've stayed in India! The owner was super helpful, I felt the most welcomed. The property has a beautiful design and it's immaculately clean with shiny bathrooms, AC and fan. Book directly for better prices.

I had a short stop in Jalgaon and after other hotels rejected my bookings because they weren't registered to accommodate foreigners, I was excited when the manager of this beautiful hotel welcomed me with open arms. The hotel looks wonderful! It has old style, but the rooms are very well maintained. Everything is white, and it fits it perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom with its amenities had no problems and the whole place was clean. The manager is such a lovely person! He took care of me until the end, including helping me with the auto transportation to my bus station, without letting the drivers offer me the tourist price. And he prepares a delicious chai!

Very good hotel. The best room I've had in India during 8 different trips here. Boss man takes care of you 110%. Clean. Wifi. Close to everything. Also, listen to the owner when he he suggests where to go to eat. He knows what he's talking about.

Amazing hotel right in the vicinity of the train station. Rooms are in very good condition, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms that have nice pressure on the shower and good ventilation. The owner and his wife are lovely people that take good care of their guests and always have good tips and recommendations. Definitely my first address when visiting Jalgaon.
