Overall rooms are average. Cleanliness - Washrooms are not clean. Service- They didn't provide Towels, Soaps, and other necessary items. When anyone planning to stay at this place bring your utility items. Service-Service is somewhat quick. As we complained about remote of AC and they responded quickly and resolved the issue.

It's walking distance from jalgaon railway station, the staffs are well behaved, they received our call at midnight because our train was late. Rooms are not good but spacious. Curtains bedsheets are dirty . Washroom is ok

Stayed here for 2 days, booked through goibibo. Got discounts as well as room was good one. Toilet was very hygienic and well taken care of. 2 min walking distance from railway station and public transport easily available. Value for money hotel.

The main advantage of this hotel is that it is very near to Jalgaon railway station, just three minutes walk along with your luggage. The rooms are specious and neatly maintained. The only disadvantage that there is no lift facility else the hotel is very good. All the workers along with manager are very curtious n very soft spoken.

Only + is its near to railway station, 1. Shower nosile broken and dint attend even after complaining. 2. Don't expect cleanliness in this property. 3. Rooms smell very bad. 4. Even for shorter stay they charge as per thier policy's. But it was not worth. 5. Rest room nt clean. 6. Better avoid even for shorter stay and find some thing better.. Disappointed

Ordinary Hotel but extraordinary services. Check out time is 24 hours from the time of Check In. I faced 2 problems 1. Bathroom latch not functioning: Got room changed, 2.TV not working: Next morning, started by staff, since I went with my daughter for her NEET examination, it was OK. 4 star for 3 reasons: 1. 24 hours check out time facility from the time of check in, (instead of 12 noon to 12 noon at other places). 2. Cooperative staff.3.Minor problems are everywhere, solving those problems is important.

The location is really very good at a stone throw distance from the railway station. The room was spacious. The bathroom was also nice. Staff was also good and friendly. What it lacks is a restaurant and parking area.

We had booked 5 bedded AC room for our 5 people/adults. The hotel reception during check-in informed us that they had already taken booking for 5 bedded AC room from some other customer offline and refused to offer us 5 bedded AC room. Instead, he informed that he will provide 1 triple bed room and 1 double bed room as stop gap arrangement. As a good gesture, we gave concurrence for this arrangement only to realize that we are being cheated..!!||BUT, THE HOTEL HAVE US ONLY 2 DOUBLE ROOMS I.E. FOR 4 ADULTS Wherein WE HAD BOOKED & PAID FOR 5 ADULTS/PERSON FOE A 5 BEDDED AC ROOM. WE ENDED UP BEING CHEATED WITH UNETHICAL PRACTICE FROM MMT AND THE HOTEL.||Further, the TVs were also not working which were reported as available during booking on MMT portal. The bathroom door of the other pathetic small room (instead of already booked 5 bedded AC room) was not being able to locked.||Overall, the experience was poor and frustrating and felt like MMT and Hotel have not co-ordinated properly despite of advance booking and advance payment. We had no option but to consider what hotel behaves at the eleventh hour after coming from long journey. MMT and Hotel have only co-ordinated properly for poor/unethical practice by taking disadvantage of good gesture of the traveller.||I have been booking from MMT every now and then if you check the record. Looks like you want traveller to explore other portals for the same.||I would like you to process for my refund since it was unethical and kind of fraud practice.||This is completely unethical & unprofessional practice from MMT. You guys accepted pre-paid booking from us and at the eleventh hour your listed hotel denies the room for 5 person wherein one of our 5th person coming later had to adjust on floor by making blankets as a flooring bed al because of Fraud practice by MMT and your listed hotel.||What kind of Satisfactory Ethical service do you provide to the travellers..?||Moreover, you also guarantee about the Firm offering on what you display and accept the payment. Now, that nothing is being offered as guaranteed, then MMT practice about true offerings and guaranteed money back appears completely Fraud, Unethical and Non-professional.||Should refund my amount.
