"I stayed at Minerva Hotel for 15 days and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The food was also delicious. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!"

Located near Jalgaon Bus stand Surrounded by drunk yard too much of alcohol shops nearby. Hotel service is good Rooms are of older traditional style but clean.

Not for money, old style room.. Only one medimix soap for both toilet, bath, hand wash. So small TV. Complimentary breakfast is none. Only u will get poha & tea. Resturant ambient is only for Bar people..

Good place to stay at Jalgaon clean rooms, good service and economic stay, near bus stand and food is also good

Hotels room charges are too high, charges are not as per rooms quality, old property is there. Lift is under maintenance, and i have got room at 4th floor. Service is not upto the mark, Hotel management is not flexible, they are not providing room to get fresh ,they are offering common toilet and behavior is not upto the mark. Not recommended at all, specially its not for family and business visit.. For Bar purpose,its ok.

Requested Hotel management to keep RO water machine in the premises...

The hotel is just behind the bus stand and less than a km from the railway station. Rooms are airy. Hot and cold water in bath rooms. Neat and tidy. No complimentary toiletries and towels. Flat TV, internet, intercom and bell boy service. Parking is plenty. **Request for arranging an auto at 4.30 AM at any price, was flatly refused. We had to walk up to bus stand for an auto!. Thanks, at least they were very clear. In total the stay was comfortable.

It's a 2 star hotel and one can expect only 2 star services but it the best option within the budget in the area. Untill and unless you ask them twice for toiletries, they will not provide service.
