|Very nice professional hotel, very suitable choice for business travellers to Jalgaon as its in the center of town on the highway 5 mins to MIDC. Staff and service level were excellent (responsive within minutes to service call; room service delivery was in about 20 minutes each time I used it). Beautiful Rooms and restaurant breakfast and lunch I had were wonderful (taste, food quality, and number and variety of options, with daily changes). Taxi and transfers were easy to arrange for both business commuting to the office and also for tourist activities.Rooms tastefully appointed, very clean, have Western conveniences like hair dryers, irons, dozens of channels of global TV. Room serviced with complimentary bottled water.

Don't stop over. High pricing. Average rooms. Rooms not cleaned. Few toiletries. Stinky washroom. You would get 3 star hotel rooms in same price.

Average restaurant for get to go food, we tried basic Indian foot roti and sabji it was okay okay.

The worst hotel tries to scam customers not giving proper bills, asking extra tips and if not given taking extra money.

From the moment you walk in, the hotel is wonderful. Service is the best I have experienced after staying at many top notch hotels. The breakfast is excellent.Very nice professional hotel, very suitable choice for business travellers
