Hotel Mahendra

We had booked 2 rooms on 20th Feb 2025...we went by reviews which I would rate a very high in comparison to actual position. Firstly the hotel is located in an industrial estate.no lift n no service to pick up luggage. Secondly the rooms are very dirty and mosquitoes all over we couldn't sleep. Then the bathrooms are very dirty and no water in the tap as the taps were all clogged with muck. The bedsheet n linen is not clean and very dirty blankets with no cover used by all. Breakfast is unavailable and at an extra cost.The breakfast is pathetic too. Can you imagine no water bottle in the room it's all extra and they charge you 35 bucks per bottle of water which in every hotel is complimentary. To top it all the room came with price tag of rs 3500 with taxes in a place like Jalgaon. We get 3 star rooms at Pune for the same price with breakfast clean hygenic rooms with clean washrooms and free water bottles. Even 1 star is high as there's no minus rating. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all very bad in all regards

Today, 17 Jun 24,, we had dinner on special occasion with my family. After the initial course,my wife asked me to order Daal Khichadi since I told them that Daal khichadi is very nice here, so when we ordered Daal khichadi, to our surprise, it was smelling fishy. Yalk, it was tested like a rotten vegetable. Horrible experience. I was a regular customer to this hotel and this time, it was never forgettable experience. Hotel is not occupied much so we selected this hotel, but it seems that I should avoid going to this hotel.

I am a regular customer. Service is not good. Receptionist is very arrogant. Ac is not working. Changed room 3 times within an half hour. Staff is good but receptionist is giving very bad treatment. Hotel owner have to work on this.

A good hotel with awesome food Availability at restaurant, making your visit enjoyable. Moreover, veg and non veg kitchens are separated and away from each other. Good hotel, restaurant at affordable rates

The hotel is spacious but rooms are not at all maintained properly. We had booked 4 rooms, 3 rooms and 1 Dormitory room for gents. The AC in Dormitory is for show only as it doesn't cool. The other rooms had other problems such as AC licking water and also found rat and lizard in one of the room. Overall a very bad experience.

The hotel seriously needs a major renovation. 1. Dull rooms colour. 2. Poor faucets. 3. Jug was with high calcium stained. 4. No complementary water bottle. 5. Poor air conditioning 6. Fluent power cuts. 7. Improper lighting. 8. Below average food quality.
