Hotel K.P Pride

Rude stuff There were no lights in the bathroom and they did nothing about it and had a bath in the dark. No soap in bathrooms and stuff is not available in the early morning. Ac and fan are loud i had them off for sleep

Earlier this was very neat & clean hotel. But now days lot of compromises in hygiene. Not cleaning Rooms & washrooms properly. They do not change bedsheets regularly and I had to request them twice to change the bed sheet and clean the washroom. The only reason to stay at this hotel is that the cooperation from staffs. Special mention of Sharif Bhai, Wasim bhai & Nikesh bhai.

Looking at website checked into hotel, after checking inn came to know the reality, 1). No Hot water. 2). Towels are not clean stains on towels. 3). Room doors not proper. 4). Toilet door handle is not working properly need to use all your strength to open the door. 5). AC making noise. 6). House keeping phone is always engaged you need to go out and call them. 7). Bed sheets are dirty. 8). Room walls are dampen. 9). Pricing is more than expected in this city for fecality given. 10). Trains keeping coming and you can hear the noise.

Ambience 3.5/5 Affordability 3.5/5 Food 4/5 Services. 3/5 Location 4/5 Staff Behaviour 4/5 Hotel is located just beside Jalgaon Railway Station. The only thing bothered me was late service/response from respective personnel and also one thing that annoyed me was the broken/obsolete crockery/dishes while serving dinner. Else everything is improved average. Stay will be good if you don't expect fast services. Hospitality is good including staff Behaviour. Rooms were clean but it can be improved. Overall it was good experience for me.

Rude behavior of waiter and staff as well. Waiter says he has no time to take order. This hotel brings you main course first n starter afterwards, giving excuse that today is IPL final match. So this hotel owner is more interested in showing IPL match to his staff than looking after his business. Free music channels of tv are not available , because hotel has decided that everybody is interested in sports. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO STAY AT RAILWAY STATION BUT NOT AT KP PRIDE. To be true rooms are good bt staff is so arrogant.

Been here on an official trip and wasn't too optimistic about the quality of hotels in jalgaon, but this was a pleasant surprise. From outside it appears a small town hotel with a tiny entry, but on the inside they have enough rooms and space.||The rooms are well maintained but the housekeeping definitely needs an upgrade, from the towels to the other basics.|The best part of the room is the individual router that gives phenomenal wifi speed.||The breakfast spread was a disappointment with only two dishes on offer. If you aren't a foodie, even these two are sufficient for the breakfast cravings.||The check in was quick but checkout took almost 30 minutes, courtesy billing clerk who had gone out for a walk when I wanted to check out.||Overall a satisfying experience.
