HOTEL GOLDEN PALACE

Not at all hygienic. Washroom was filthy, felt as if not cleaned since years. Ordinary room. Bedsheets are dirty and smelly. Pillows had stains. They did not even provide towel or soap for our room. There were misquotes, after asking for repellent they gave a piece of coil that lasted only 10minutes. Not recommended unless emergency. Only the location is close proximity to station that is the plus point.

Bed sheet, pillow cover as well as room is dirty.You can't close the wooden doors of bathroom properly.Service is poor.You have to wait for things you needed.Lift isn't working,no chairs and tables in dinning hall.

The only advantage is that this place is near the station. It's a negative for all other things. Also, there are ample of other stay options next to this hotel so avoid this place at all costs.||Negative points:-|1. The main door lock doesn't work|2. Flush doesn't work in the toilet|3. Bad linen. It had hairs all over it when I checked in.|4. No towels provided even after asking thrice.|5. AC present I the room but nonfunctional.|6. TV present but neither the remote works nor the cable subscription renewed.|7. The reception number provided was wrong so I had to climb 3 flights of stairs for smallest things, which they didn't resolve and eventually I gave up.||PS: I had been there for a friend's wedding and the place was booked by him for all the guests. I couldn't complain to him had to survive a day here but if it was a personal choice, would have opted out immediately.

Room is not cleaned, dirty bed sheet & blanket is using many times. Cockroach is available in bed. Toilet is dirty.

This Hotel is near to Railway Station. It is not having proper Toilet facility and room are also not good in condition. If you have to stay at night better get the other hotel. I have not tried his food. But any way there is another Restaurant nearby called Silver Palace for the food. It is nice and near to Railway station.

If you ever visit Jalgaon never stay in this hotel it lacks basic cleanliness. The rooms are dirty in pathetic conditions, dirty bathrooms, no generator back up, red ants and cockroaches roam freely not only in the rooms but on the bed also. Dirty linen

had stayed here because of trained missed during jalgaon visit. hotel is just near to railway station that is plus point. hotel was nice and clean.hotel staff was so cooperative and helpful. room was nice and provided all needs.

Full of Dust and dirty toilet, room all places. Room key was not there. They going to close the hotel. So they are not maintaining the room. It was a bad dream. I couldn't change the hotel because I went with a group.
