Amazing villa and helpful owner. We went on a bike ride here and found this via the Internet. The rooms are spacious and the ventilation is amazing. While there might be occasional power cut, there's nothing you can do since it's not in anybody's hands. They have the whole place hooked up on inverters for essential electricity usage so I'm glad they thought this through. They have a terrace with a barbecue grill where we had a good time grilling chicken and enjoying with friends. There's also a pool and a kitchen Recommended if you want a getaway with family and friends.

Stayed here with my office colleagues for 3 days and looks like we're at our own home. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable & adventurous. I highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting downtown (Igatpuri, Maharashtra).

Nice place to hangout with friends and family,comfortable for 4-6 peoples. Hospitality of owner is commendable. Personally takes care of everything. Villa is located in between farms, complete privacy no disturbance around. Terrace has different vibes along with bbq. Giving 4 star because I believe there is still scope for minor improvements but yes overall great experience at price they are offering.

It was an Amazing Experience living in the Villa with a lot of facilities. The beautiful interior of the villa and the homely vibe it gives. The owner & caretakers were on their toes and promptly assisted us with whatever we needed. The stay was comfortable and overall it was an awesome.

Beautiful villa located on slight outskirts of Igatpuri covered all around by Rice fields. The location is beautiful and I was lucky enough to witness the harvesting of brown crops as I visited in October. It's located just near the Nashik Mumbai highway so plenty of food options on highway and city center is barely 5min ride away. The owner of the place is very friendly and they have a caretaker who can help us fetch anything from market. They have a private pool because the villa isn't shared with anyone. Once booked, it's entirely yours. Famous places to visit in Igatpuri are located within 5kms distance of this place.
