Mesmerising villa, looks even better in person. Exceeds expectations. We had a team outing here in Feb 2024. 10/10 recommended.

They have taken the money for a villa worth Rs. 40k. And these people do not get electricity at night and do not turn on the generator. And after taking all the money, these people do not revert anything. And there is no information about their staff.The cricket ground is not good and the grass is very big and they also do not bring the food on time. This villa is not a registered villa.There is no view in the villa. And there is a 4 feet swimming pool.Food quality bread is of last 5 days and has fungus.There is a whole field on the back side of the villa.Tennis, carom and cricket are all there but they are all waste of money. The cricket ground is not good and the grass is too big and they also do not bring food on time. Money is wasted on this villa and it is not a registered villa. And no one knows where the staff stays till 10 in the morning. These people give us bread that has fungus in it. And the caretakers do not stay in the villa and do not clean the villa until 10 in the morning. This villa is a waste of money and is an underground villa.

The villa is huge n spacious. It's located inside a resort with access to all games . The villa has 8 bedrooms accommodation with equally distribution in both structure with a common pool in between and a turf right opposite..the food was also good

But what truly set our experience apart were the people. Mr. Ranjeet Singh Thakur Sir was the epitome of grace and hospitality, ensuring that our stay was perfect in every way. And Raj, the caretaker, with his kind demeanor and readiness to accommodate our every need, made us feel right at home. In every corner of the villa, from the well-appointed rooms to the lush gardens, there was a sense of care and attention to detail that helped make our team outing a phenomenal event. We left with unforgettable memories a unanimous feeling that we would return in a heartbeat. No better place if you want to burn your money! Villa is in pathetic condition, zero rated service , you will be only surrounded by mosquitoes the moment evening time starts! Washrooms are like that of a 1 star hotel, geysers not working, taps not proper, no maintenance at all Service is so bad you will be made feel disgusted to ask them fir cleaning twice Worst experience ever, ruin your holiday by sitting at home rather coming here, 100 times better, not even worth 5k a night Refrain yourself from booking this villa as they dont even give refunds for the advance , owner is a psycho and so are the cooks !

Very co operative staff excellent ambience and nice and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Also you can enjoy playing outdoor and indoor games like cricket, vollyball, badminton, table tennis and pool table. Swimming pool is very neat and clean and is big enough for 7-8 people. The only problem in this villa is that induction or gas is not available.

Rooms are ok but there is no maintenance at all. The locking systems of all wash rooms are broken. Spending 30,000 for one night is totally waste. Food quality is also not good. Swimming pool's maintenance is totally zero. Overall experience is worst and and not satisfied at all.

One of its good place to defuse stress, The experience was both side of coin, may 2022 we occupied both villa all 8 rooms used, in frank opinion Place is awesome, food just the way u can expect the best, play area for kids v good, exclusively yours to indulge, and the care takers humble and descent but the flip side of the place , the owner has not maintained the property well the rooms , shower area , the broken tiles around, fridge dirty, pool water smells, limited dish like sweet, service is not proactive unless demanded, no additional service to expect. Can give 2.5 for property but because of food and play area 3.5
