The hotel features an excellent game zone and an expansive external turf that's perfect for basketball, cricket, football, and badminton. The complimentary outdoor activities were a big highlight -- ziplining, cycling, archery (bow and arrow), and even the exciting bullet bottle game kept us entertained throughout the day. Overall, this hotel is perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking to unwind with a mix of comfort and adventure. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Tropical Retreat in Igatpuri this January, and the experience was truly beautiful and relaxing. The weather was perfect--pleasant throughout--which made it a great time to unwind. The property is huge, green, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean, with lovely welcome touches like cookies and a refreshing drink on arrival. The staff were friendly and made our 3-day stay smooth and comfortable. One of the best parts was the food--both breakfast and lunch buffets had a limited but well-thought-out spread. Every item was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. The resort also has a range of free activities to keep you engaged: from archery and rope cycling to other fun outdoor games. I personally enjoyed playing badminton in the evenings on two out of the three days, and it was such a nice way to unwind. They also have a large turf area where you can play football or cricket, which is perfect if you're travelling in a group or with family. The swimming pool is nice and clean. We visited when the property wasn't too full, so we had a good experience. However, if the resort is at full capacity, the pool might feel a little small for everyone. That said, unless you're specifically looking forward to swimming, it's not really a downside. All in all, it was a wonderful, peaceful getaway with a perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and good food. I'd definitely recommend Tropical Retreat to anyone looking for a quick escape from the city.

I had a decent stay at Tropical Retreat, with some notable positives and a few areas that could definitely be improved, especially considering the price point. Pros: * The staff throughout the property were exceptionally friendly and cooperative. They were always willing to assist and made the stay more pleasant. Thanks to muskan and Shikha for the service in restaurant. * The food taste in the restaurant was generally good. Cons: * Considering the price of the rooms, I felt they could benefit from upgrades to feel more modern and comfortable. * The door locks on the rooms were quite difficult to handle and often required multiple attempts to lock or unlock. * The heated pool was under maintenance during our stay, which was disappointing as it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to experiencing. * We encountered an unpleasant issue with a sugar sachet in the room that was half torn by a rat. This was concerning from a hygiene perspective. * The restaurant had a noticeable issue with a lot of flies, which detracted from the dining experience. In conclusion: While the staff and food were definite highlights, the dated rooms, faulty door locks, unavailability of the heated pool, and hygiene issues in the room and restaurant are areas where Tropical Retreat needs to focus on improvements to better justify its pricing.

The resort was really good. Services were efficient. Food was really nice. Pretty ambience. The activities were fun to do, be it indoor or outdoor. Rooms were comfortable. Pottery was the best activity to do. Resort was hygienic. Pool was good. The staff is polite and welcoming. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family! 9.5/10

Although advertisements say 4 star property, in reality the overall experience is 3 star. Staff service is good and prompt. Rooms are below average, Nothing like shown in the website. Restaurant dining options are very limited. Free breakfast spread is also limited.Adventure activities are limited.Nothing for under 6 years old. some part of resort is under Renovation.
