We went to this property retreat villa igatpuri forthe weekend. It's a five bedroom spacious villa. Place is very clean and tidy. The food is arranged from a caterer and it is also good. Ample place to play indoor games. They have a private pool also within the property. All in all enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this place for family and friends get together.

The place is really good. It is clean and the washrooms are well maintained with water 247. It has board games and Bluetooth speaker for having a good fun time. The internal pool water should have been cleaner. Food arrangements can be better which can include a la carte items. There should be sufficient signboards to reach the villa which we found missing. Indoor games eg : table tennis should be available till night.

We had an incredible stay at Retreat Pool Villa in Igatpuri! The bungalow exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect. The bungalow itself was well maintained, with spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, open greenery deck and modern amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our every need was met. The surroundings offerd relaxation. Villa is very big and we loved the place more because of the many villas we stayed in the past , none of them had access to both private indoor as well as outdoor common pool. Staff was very helpful. Host Poonam was clear in communication. We opted for buffet at villa of Manas resort. it was really worth it. Only concern is common game zone closes at 6 pm though we carried our own bat ball n badminton.

First of all Igatpuri is a great place especially in the rainy season. The villa is well maintained and the common pool is also great. Service is really bad, they brought food after almost 2 hrs of ordering. It's quite big and spacious. (If not, why does your caretaker take responsibility for bringing food.)

Total waste of money. No maintenance. Taps not working, geyser not working, ac not working, bluetooth speaker not working. No cleanliness. Chairs are broken, center table glass edges broken, private swimming pool not clean, water leakage from bathroom ceiling, bedsheets having stains. All good photos they are showing are from their opening ceremony. Don't fall for them. Now in reality it is in bad condition.Needs a lot of maintenance. Rats moving around in kitchen area at night
